I came across zappy on my weight loss journey and I’m really happy with my experience Dr Michelle is so supportive and helpful and the rest of the staff was always ready to help whenever I had a question, I felt care and appreciated and I recommend it 100% , I had an issue with one of the pens and they made sure I got the replacement pen right away and I know that I’m not just another patient they truly care and do whatever they can do to make your experience with Zappy a very pleasant and positive. Thank you Zappy Health you guys are the best.

Updated to 4 stars on 9/27 to include positive feedback. As a result of outreach from their customer support. See comments below. Update: 9/27/24 I’m upgrading to 4 stars. Since posting my initial review, the company has reached out to me directly, including the founder and has explained the situation regarding the delays which were beyond their control. He was candid and didn’t make any excuses. Dr. Michael acknowledge my situation and was empathetic. Even after I acknowledged a typo on my end may have caused the error with their customer support email address referenced inline, he was gracious and continued to gather feedback regarding the features of their service and was sincere about improving the end user experience. Given this, I believe his concern for their clients to be valid and I’m satisfied that improvement is front of mind and ongoing. As a result, I’m confident that going forward I will continue with their program. ————————————————————- First review: It’s been 13 days since consultation and still no confirmation regarding ETA for product. Order was placed the day after consultation. Their SLA states 5-7 days. Also, states that the pharmacy may, or may not send confirmation/shipping information. So you’re left hanging monitoring email including spam folders for information that may not exist. In addition, you’re in limbo wondering if/when it will just show up on your porch or mailbox. In my case they reached out to me 7 days after confirming my order had been sent to the pharmacy saying they didn’t have my full address. Not sure how an order can be placed without an address. So now I haven’t a clue when it will arrive and I’m not getting a response from their customer support. Lastly, customer support chat app isn’t staffed consistently and directs to an email address that doesn’t work. Error message stating “undeliverable” In summary, I feel there’s too many loose ends for my comfort level and confidence. So the jury’s still out on whether I’ll continue with them

Zappy health has been so nice to work with. It’s convenient, fast, and overall a really smooth process. I have to be honest- I was really nervous that somehow this could be a scam but it’s 100% legit and I’m so happy I’ve found this ! It is the most cost effective option that I’ve found and EXCELLENT customer service.

I have been with Zappy Health since February and I have never had an issue. All the physicians I have met with have been fantastic and the customer service is always speedy and super helpful! I would definitely recommend Zappy Health to my friends and my family!!

Easy to sign up for the initial consult; don’t over think it. Set up your patient portal and call in at the set time for your video meeting. I met with Kyla who was very helpful with tips and suggestions on how to continue weight loss. She explained how the process works and what comes next. The patient portal is straight forward, and the program looks like it is set up to help you be successful in your journey. I’m looking forward to using this service.
