Support has declined
I dont like not having phone support. I’m not happy that my claims are not processing - again. And, lately I don't feel like I'm getting value for money. Im thinking about trying a different program.

Hi there and thank you for your review - although we're obviously disappointed that you're not happier with Power Diary at this moment. The reason we don't have incoming phone calls, is that it actually helps us service more people, faster. Phone calls tend to take a lot of time, which means that our team is not available during this time to help others. Previously when we offered this, it caused a lot of bottlenecks and was a source of frustration. Having said that, we are very happy to have a phone call with you. Just write our support team (by email or through our help widget), and state that you would like a phone call (remember to include your phone number). In regards to the Medicare claims, as you probably know, this is a complex area and sometimes if you use the wrong codes for the wrong services it can cause issues. Medicare's system is also sometimes down, which results in it not processing claims as well. If you're having issues though, please do contact our support team and we can help you trouble-shoot these and get to the bottom of what's going on. Our pricing hasn't changed for your size account in the last 4 years you've been using Power Diary, so hopefully, by resolving these issues (perhaps over a phone call?), we can demonstrate more value for money for you. Amazing efficient EHR /CRM Software
I’ve been with Power diary for a year and a half now. I chanced on them while frantically searching for an EHR system that would meet my wellness service business. I don’t regret settling with them. Their interface is flexible, with a smooth ability to modify settings to suit any health care business. And their support is amazing. Their pricing is moderate but it’s worth all the features they provide. The recent free Telehealth has me hooked on the using Power Diary for the long haul. I give them 4 stars because there is a minor issue of my country not being part of the listed locales . This makes it challenging using the invoice feature . But over all, I love it and they deserve 5 stars .

Easy to use, Value for money and great customer support....
After researching and using several Practice Management platforms for an Allied Health practice, Power Diary rose to the top for ease of use, value for money and customer support. When dealing with Power Diary it feels like you are dealing with business that is still intimately connected to their customer base and certainly not a "start up" on a growth at all cost mission. Sure, like any software when you do a side by side comparison you are going to find things (as I did) that you like more in other platforms but on balance Power Diary won out in value for money and ease of use. The things I like about Power Diary - Simple, clean look and easy to use calendar. -Medicare Claiming was easy to set-up and administer -The invoicing allowed DIY customisation to meet Medicare, Work Cover and Private Health Insurance Requirements. - SMS Reminder Process has "no touch" appointment status update and clinician notification from client reply. -The Telehealth feature that was recently released without a money grab. Hey, everyone has a different focus for their PMS needs so Power Diary is not going to suit everyone. Power Diary is a simple, very easy to use software for diary management. So many functions, they have really thought of everything! It is constantly being reviewed and updated all the time to suit changing needs, and the customer service team is amazing! I would never choose another software to use!

Practitioner Friendly
Power Diary is a practitioner-friendly system which I have found invaluable. As a micro-business I have managed to stay organised without the need to employ virtual Reception/Admin support. I particularly love the message and appointment reminder functions.
