Power Diary is amazing. It's a complete practice management system that enables me to work completely paperless. With the recent addition of the Forms Template, alongside the Email Templates, I can literally email auto-populate a welcome email including links to the intake paperwork that clients complete prior to their first session. This is a HUGE time saver, and it is SO easy to set it all up. I am much more efficient in my time as a solo practitioner thanks to the ease of Power Diary. On the rare occasion when I have needed assistance, the Help Desk team are exceptional in providing timely responses via online chat or email. I highly recommend Power Diary.

Power Diary is the most versatile diary system I have used. The customer service team are excellent and very willing to help efficiently and effectively. I really value how frequently they make meaningful and value added changes in response to the changing needs of their customers, without the need for extensive rebooting or reinstalling from consumer. They have also added on features that I (and probably others) have requested so they are very responsive to the needs of their consumers. Its seamless between Power Diary and adjunct services - they have never skipped a beat! Their high level of security is a critical factor to my work. Highly recommended to anyone seeking an such a service!

Power Diary is a great diary management system especially for using telehealth. it is stable and user friendly.

Before deciding on Power Diary I had tried many different systems and they just didn't give me everything I needed. My clients can book online, chose to pay before appointment with the Stripe facility, and Telehealth. The system automatically sends reminders to all my clients the day before with their Telehealth link. I can send birthday messages and bulk messages. And it even does all my accounts. I can email all my invoices easily. Easy to look up unpaid accounts and see future bookings and potential income. If there are any issues, the Power Diary team are there to help and do everything they can to help. My files are safe and I can access them from anywhere. I recently looked at another software recommended by my association that was really cheap, but did not even come close to what Power Diary offers. Very user friendly.

We have been using power diary for more than a year now and it’s been a life saving system at the clinic. We need not think too much into automating our scheduling because PD does it all seamlessly for us. It’s interface is also flexible so we are able to design it to suit our office needs.
