Saves me time. Great support when I have a problem. Individualised support and follow up. Everything I need at my fingertips. Works well on phone/iPad/pc. Really happy and highly recommend.

Power Diary is simply the best around.
I looked at a lot of different products before deciding that Power Diary was the one that interested me most. I was not disappointed. I love the way there is always help available, tutorials to talk you through each step, extra training if you need it. Regular updates, administration templates, and so many more features. The customer service is also fantastic. The system is very easy to use, it is worth allowing yourself time to get familiar with it. I am so glad I chose Power Diary. The best investment yet, and very affordable.

We love power diary
We love power diary, it has reduced no-shows. Made invoicing, reporting and management of the administration tasks so much easier. I wish I had found it for our practice from the get go!!!

Its a great system however a few…
Its a great system however a few downsides - I have been trying to create a few template for patients/clients to fill in and it does not give me the ability to upload my own form - the ones you can create through PD is quite limited.

Hi JFP, Thank you so much for your feedback here. It’s true that you can’t ‘upload’ forms in Power Diary, but we have a form builder so you can create them within the platform. This gives you the ability for the forms to update or add client information directly to your client records (via Linked Profile Fields). And of course, the form is automatically saved to the client’s record. Online forms can be used for new client intake, telehealth consent, outcome measures, surveys, and more. Try it out!
This is my first time owning a private practice & I wasn't sure which EHR (electronic health record) system to utilize. I tested out PowerDiary and I loved it! I greatly appreciate the tech support, the ease & function of the system, and how organized everything is. Try it out, you will not regret it!

Definitely recommend
Organization is helpful, invoicing is awesome, super easy. Love the online forms and automatic import to file - one less thing I have to do! I love how files and info is stored and how my calendar looks. Only real constructive feedback I have is to please bring in bold and underlined text in notes and the ability to do dot points! Other than that it’s brilliant
