This store is CRAP!!! Sent me some 'Winter warm" boots. No packing slip. The return address was a warehouse in Southern California. The boots were grossly misrepresented, and was missing a tie strap. Spread the word, " this is a despicable company'!!!

I ordered 2 pair winter boots end of October. They never arrived. The company says they were delivered to my mailbox. There is no way 2 pair of boots could fit in my mailbox! I do not believe this is a legitimate company. Be warned.

This company sucks< will not cancel my order from 11/22/2021 and have billed my account cannot connect with them after several tries.

They’ve charged my bank account and I have no idea who they are. I wouldn’t buy any of their stuff. It’s not my thing. Can’t contact them. Phone goes to voicemail then says it’s full. Contact by chat not working either. No way to contact. Maybe they’ll answer here but I doubt it. It’ll be an issue with the bank n I’m gonna file charges against them for theft

Customer service is amazing. Response time was quick and responses were helpful. Also, they continued to reach out throughout the process - when my package had shipped, the day before it was supposed to arrive (so that I was on the look out for it), and the day that it arrived (to confirm that I received it). The communication has been great! The canvas arrived way better than expected. It’s beautiful! I was hesitant about this site, because I had never heard of it before, but my experience has been great! 10/10 Highly recommend!

I love this company,they work with you on making changes till you love it. I have ordered four this pass year and have been pleased with every one of them. Best gift instead of flowers that die a great keep sake. Thank you for all your ideas.
