Zager GuitarsReviews of zagerguitar.com

I heard about Zager strings and bought some. I now have turned my guitar friends on to them. They are amazing. And don't forget the picks. Once you use those you will never use another brand.

I purchased a Zad80 CE and received it in the fall of last year. I was changing the strings for the first time and noticed a little scuff around the sound hole, like the finish was incomplete. I took a couple of pictures and emailed them to Zager and asked how could I go about fixing it. They responded but it didn't show up in my inbox. About 6 months later, I went to search for another email from them and came across their response saying the scuff was NOT right and they would be happy to replace the guitar or send me a cash difference for the defect. I thought "Surely it's been too long by now to do anything about it". No sir! They stick by their WORD! In today's world you don't see that anymore! They emailed me a FEDEX label and I sent it back. I asked if it would be possible to upgrade to their ZAD900 CE and pay the difference. They said YES! I received the 900 a few days ago and let me tell you, it is worth EVERY PENNY!! It is WITHOUT QUESTION the best sounding instrument I have ever put in my hands. This guitar comes with the Fishman AURA Sound Imaging System and I have paired it with a Fishman Loudbox Performer and this combo makes studio quality output right there in your home. It is the most beautiful guitar I have ever heard! There is no better guitar on the market and it costs a fraction of what other companies charge for the same materials. If that wasn't enough, they love their customers and they stand by their product. They do what they say they will do. In today's world..... Imagine that...... Thank You Zager!! Josh

I ordered a $1985 cedar and rosewood easy play guitar on14th Feb 2023. Due to supplier problems the delivery didn't happen until 3rd May 2023. When it arrived I was very pleased with it's sound - and playabilitiy. I have even been tempted to buy one of their small scale guitars to add to my growing collection. They also have a very ethical approach to resolving any problems encountered - something that is quite uncommon and refreshing in today's business environment. All in all --I believe they are a company you can trust to get it right for you.

One word, WOW My thoughts when I opened the case on my new ZAD 80 guitar. Quality and workmanship is second to none. Absolutely fantastic love it a wait well worth it. Thank you Terry

I love the strings, and they are easier on the fingers. There is a string breakage issue, but I think that can be remedied with a round file on the machine posts, if you play a budget guitar like me. I play in church and I play for an hour and a half to 2 hours, continuously. With Zager strings, I am not grimacing in pain afterwards and the custom guage Zager strings sound better than the 12's I used before. I will be a lifelong customer.

Purchasing something personal (like a Guitar) online can be scary. Thought I should share my experience. ZAGER does not disappoint - WOW! Ordered a ZAG80CE OM took the plunge. Been struggling with arthritic hands and fingers. Researched the ZABER EZPLAY. It has exceeded my expectations. I was able to take advantage of the buy one get a free guitar offer - customer service honored my orders since it wasn't shipped. Very impressed with customer service prompt "real person" or even the owner sometimes responds. The ZAG 80CE OM - fit, finish, sound GREAT. And the action up and down the neck excellent (as setup) was able to lower action with simple adjustment - even better. HAPPY HAPPY. It looks and plays like a dream! The "free" EZ Play guitar - this arrived first and I was amazed with sound and playability. With the "free return" policy / "free shipping" - no brainer. I'm going to add "In the Year 2525" to my playlist! A made in USA Company that delivers on all levels. Joe

Just received my 2nd Zager and am loving it. Went high end this time and quality is excellent. Suggest anyone wanting a truly top end instrument to give Zager a try.
