Was hooked by an ad they emailed me, and was then disappointed.
I got an ad saying I was getting their best deal ever. But they had other deals better. Anyway, they honored the better deal, but then when I received the guitar, it looked really nice. But it sounded thin and tin like. Very bright sounding, not mellow at all. So I asked to return it. They were gracious about it and made me an even better offer. Next day I got a Buy One Get One Free ad sent to my email of the very same guitar I'd just paid for. They'd given me a coupon discount, so they said if I paid them that discount back, I could get the free one. The "Catch". The free one was a starter model. One they give away free to schools. When I explained my situation, their response is they have hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers and the guitar I had ordered was the equivalent to other brands of $7,000 to $12,000 value. No apology for my experience. So I sent them their guitar back. Again, it was nice, not a bad product. But not mellow sounding at all. So in my opinion, not good for deeper/mellow/country music. I've read many reviews and indeed they're almost all very good. I just didn't like the sound. And I was a bit surprised of the way they handled my situation.
