Paid first, then blocked by a confusing verification process
My experience with Zadarma has been extremely poor. I paid around €30 to order a business number after seeing wording that payment would start the verification process. After payment, the number remained unusable because verification was still pending. I submitted company details and documents, including a bank document showing my company name and address. It was rejected, and I was told I needed a utility bill, internet/phone bill, rental agreement, or another specific document instead. Support then offered a different route: re-register the account as a corporate account through a bank transfer from my company. I was sent a €60 proforma and told this would be used to re-register and verify the company, with the money remaining available as account balance for services. Later, another support representative told me there was no option to pay for verification and that I simply had to wait for the review. So the result was: I paid for a number I could not use; my business verification documents were rejected without a clear, practical alternative for a new company; I was presented with an additional €60 corporate-account top-up requirement; different agents gave contradictory explanations about whether that payment was connected to verification; support repeatedly gave me only two options: wait or cancel. The issue is not that verification exists. Verification can be necessary. The problem is that the requirements, expected cost, accepted documents, and effect of the €60 payment were not communicated clearly before payment. I kept the chat logs, payment information, and instructions from support. I would not recommend Zadarma to a small business until they make the verification process, accepted documents, corporate-account rules, and activation timing transparent before customers pay. I am also seeking to connect privately with customers worldwide who have documented similar experiences so we can obtain independent legal advice and assess coordinated legal action. Update: After I raised a formal complaint about the verification process, Zadarma refunded my payment, closed or deleted my account, and I can no longer access the system from my normal connection. It appears that access from my IP address has also been restricted. The refund did not solve the problem because I needed an operational business number, not simply a cancelled order after spending time on document verification. My complaint is about the unclear payment-first process, rejected documents, contradictory instructions about corporate verification and the €60 bank-transfer route, and the lack of a clear appeal process before my account was closed. I have requested a written explanation, preservation of the chat and verification records, confirmation of the reason for the closure, and a clear list of acceptable documents for a Bulgarian company. UPDATE: The scammers didn't reply on my mails. Nor even the ticket that I raised. That's why their prices are much cheaper. For comparison other providers monthly price is the same as the Zadarma yearly price.

Thank you for your feedback. However, we do not understand why you submitted the feedback twice under different names. The verification process starts only after a number order has been placed, which is not possible without completing the payment. If you wish to receive a chargeback, you can let us know, and it will be initiated as soon as possible. You may also delete your account once the chargeback has been initiated. Please note that an IP restriction may be applied due to the use of abusive language during communication with our support team. In any case, we cannot issue a chargeback for the same payment twice, so we're unsure why you left the feedback twice under different names.
