ZadarmaReviews of zadarma.com

Zadarma and didww are the same company data collectors ID, passport address, credit card info. what not, they need every info from you, which are not even demanded by local phone companies, they both are ID thieves and possible scam agents.

7days test review: Zadarma.com - worst of all - IP Telecom Bulgaria Ltd., Zadarma.com is definitely NOT ABLE to provide offered services. Zadarma apparently is not fulfilling/breaking the GDPR, because of refusing to delete all customer personal information (apparent personal information misusage). Zadarma is the worst service ever experienced, tested; f.e. keeping RE-REJECTING already approved uploaded documents! Zadarma do not have clear instructions on the fields that are necessary in order to obtain an account or/and offered services as virtual number etc. Zadarma, Bulgarian IP Telecom LTD is more than very very frustrating, more than bad experience, Zadarma is totaly waste of time for customers, playing around with them by requiring more and more documents from customer (Data Collection), Customer support is absolutely NOT ABLE to help at all (DISABLED CUSTOMER SUPPORT). Zadarma.com - simply - worst of all

the worst service ever; do not have clear instructions on the fields that are necessary in order to obtain an account. Keep rejecting uploaded documents. Very frustrating.

Absolutely rubbish. They have 0 support. They are bots. I paid for virtual number. And I uploaded the document. They keep saying upload a passport scan. Whatever I say to them they say the same. 3 days and my number is not working. Trust me guys all of these 5 star comments are fake. I wouldn't even pay a penny. UPDATE: I might as well update you guys. They have reached out to me here to solve the problem. Couple days passed. The problem is not solved. No refund was issued. I decided to go with Callcentric. Super nice support. The number was delivered in a timely manner. Thry even compensated me with little more funds for the time I waited due to weekend here. Absolutely stunning service. Truth be told a bit more expensive 8$ monthly fee plus 8$ setup fee but hey worth every penny. UPDATE: I was refunded the full amount. However, if you ask me do I recommend it. Probably no after the great experience with callcentric.

Absoluto desastre.

It's already been 3 months and more than I'm to provide indentity parts recommend for enabling incoming sms. Technical support always tells me the same thing. You must provide your passport when I do not have one, I do not leave Canada for the moment. I sent those he wrote that he accepted ID, Drivers License but they too are refused he always come back and told me that they need the passport. Their systems do not say the same information. I begin to believe that he steals the identity of people. Be careful.

customer service sucks. Choose another company
