I have signed up for their account and paid for a virtual number. After the payment, they asked me to verify my profile holding my passport and a paper with the word "Zadarma" and the date written on it. I have tried over six times, and all of them got rejected due to the fact that the images were not clear and high-resolution. I used a DSLR camera, professional lighting in my Studio and sent them an 8000x8000px image, high-definition, with their "formalities" written with a sharpie in BOLD. *Rejected - Image not high-definition enough* This is definitely a scam and my number expired while I was trying to verify. I never got a refund. I wonder whether this service actually works or not.

If you are a person who likes to avoid unnecessary trouble, then you should definitely avoid this company. Customer service should be better called "customer harassment". They will request bizzare things for ID verification, that you won't even hear from the most paranoiac bank. It's a big mess and shouldn't be an option for any business, unless you are a zen yoga master and you have plenty of free time to sacrifice. Because there are plenty of alternatives, I don't care anymore about their products. My biggest worry now is that these bunch of amateurs have a copy of My ID, my address and everything. Who knows where my data will land later. Update: Contacting me in private is pointless. I don't have time.

I did all the steps to verify the account, but they denied it because the proof of address did not specifically say the name of the city even though it proved it. They were rude to me on phone support. Bad experience, horrible support. I do not recommend.

Their verification is not suitable for Chinese people, however they support Hong Kong numbers. Very disappointed of their services. Good point is they respond very fast /still useless with my case/

Been using the SIP/VoIP service for more than 5 years. Over time had a growing %% of inbound calls where the other side was not able to hear us - while other SIP providers worked just fine. Had numerous tickets raised with the customer service to no resolution. Now trying to move away from this service and putting a forward all phone number - but Zadarma fails to enforce the forward and support is unavailable for 3 days to fix the basic functionality. On the top of it, had constant PayPal payments issues where payments were never automatically added to the account and I had to raise tickets with their billing.
