BEWARE! POSSIBLE IDENTITY THEFT! I was asked twice to upload my passport information and rejected due to "low quality photo", even though picture was taken at hi-resolution. Asked them to delete all my personal information from their systems and confirm in writing that they will never use it, support is not confirming this. Beware of this possible identity theft and report this behavior!

Submitted a passport photo, got asked to submit it with a selfie as in the example image. OK, did it. Result - documents not accepted, no reason given. Contacted support, no explanation, just got refunded.

Zadarma “blocked” our account minutes after paying for an upgrade and verifying a valid US phone number without warning or reason. There is no mention of verification documents required in the sign up or upload flow. Support replies were slow and in broken English. The toll free number (before it was blocked) worked sporadically, and often times went to a busy signal or simply disconnected after a ring or two.

I Don't recommend this site i had a problem with accepting my document. they did not want to accept it and when I asked for a refund they did not answer

I don't usually write reviews but this solution is just no good. The calls kept dropping and/or would not go through. We tried in different locations, wifi, and devices. Same problem each time and over multiple days. We contacted the Support team and they said "our last answer was - try to call those numbers once again". Tried again the following day and the service was still slow and unhelpful. Asked if I can have a refund and they don't respond (to three messages sent). There are loads of better solutions out there - try those.

Hidden Request. Copy Paste responses. Not in anyway to what you wrote. This is one of the worst people out there! After they have your money they will bring all sort of scripted responses. You will request ID Card, Passport and Driver License to enable sms feature, I provide Drivers license, They say provider cannot accept drivers license, PS : In situations when national legislation requires it, Zadarma has the right to request additional user information: documents proving residence; scanned copies of identity card; user's photo with a document in hand (with a sample of the handwriting) and other data at your discretion and discretion of Zadarma. Are these Document required by you or the provider ?

He contratado un servicio para recibir SMS, por lo cual piden validar con DNI o pasaporte, se tarda un 1 dia habil para que puedan validar, he enviado todo correcto y sale que los documentos es de mala calidad, ingreso nuevamente el documento y no se obtiene una respuesta, uno necesita trabajar no quedarse estancado a esperar su servicio, me siento ESTAFADO y a la vez DECEPCIONADO con su servicio, recargue saldo para probar su servicio ya que tengo muchos compañeros que me pidieron que lo pruebe, POR LO TANTO AHORA YA SE QUE RESPUESTA DARLA, PUES NO LA RECOMIENDO. espero que puedan realizar el desembolso correspondiente. NI HE USADO SU SERVICIO.
