The app didn't work for me, the customer service rep wasn't helpful and the information on the website was misleading. Tried to cancel my account half an hour after signing up but the company has refused to make a refund. Feels like a scam.

I've been using Zadarma for very long so far. Been satisfied had fun, great service, perfect support till 2 days ago. They requested to do again an ID verification. I'm like yeah, that's fine, I upload my ID and a bill for address verification and since then no answer on my tickets for verification. After checking in the portal, they seem to have disappeared from my view, no one helps me, I feel I have been successfully ignored. Guys, you have literally the best service. You're the best provider ever. If only someone could tell me or check my account and unblock it, I'd be very happy! Edit December 4th. I understand the security matters. I've already done verification in the past though and I have no idea what is going on. Provided all the info you requested. Waiting for an update! Update December 7th: My account has been partially unlocked however I cannot buy a new phone number and one of my phone number was "disconnected" without my permission. Waiting for further response as they answer every 48 hours. Update December 13th: They responded with the worst answer ever: Number has been disconnected by local phone network (with partial refund). We don't know the reason and can't restore this number. Really? I mean, that's why you get me through all this verification again, like I went through the first time? And besides that, when I asked them what they need me to submit them, they asked me to check my account however nothing was in there. Not even a guide. Literally, emptiness. Wow! I will have to rate you now with 1 star. Only cause you don't care about your customers (at least in my case). Every 48 hours response when they tell you like 1 day. I don't have issue doing the verification, I just don't want while some of my services are running to wait 48 hours. And still my account cannot register new phone numbers, so it's almost useless. Couldn't be worse for a company that was good at the beginning. Conclusion: Keep away from them unless you want free trouble! Update December 17th: Apparently for unknown reason (including the worst customer service ever) my account has been limited and even though my friend who is also a customer can register numbers, I cannot and they do not care about it. I guess, since they are not answering properly and IT TOOK THEM 4 DAYS TO ANSWER MY LAST QUESTION. PURE SCAM. All I got was that this feature is unavailable. Even though the reason I got them was to be able to buy virtual phone numbers. Now my account is half garbaged... I guess, will have to find another way. (Check the ignorance on the comment), no updates, nothing. Like, just why? I guess they may not be fully a scam but to me they have proven themselves fraudulent. December 18th update: I phoned them again to ask for an explanation, the agent literally was like from tech support and if I want new numbers I shall open a new account........ That's just sketchy! ----------------- Latest update. Forgot to update my review. I disputed everything, got my money back since they wouldn't give it. The end!

first of all they did not mention document verification until you make a payment, than they tell that you can not benefit any service without submitting verification, its all good now, but when you start with the verification you start to see how bad and illogical this website is, firstly i uploaded my passport as any other document verification, and guess!! it was refused, than i try my national id and it was rejected as well, than i contacted the support and they tell me to upload double page spread of the passport , i did that and than what! , it has been rejected.. i have been able to open a company and bank accounts with my passport and my id, but cant activate a damn number in unknown website!! . that was my poor experience with this company, i do not encourage any one to try with them its a scam and waste of time .

Отказываются верифицировать документы. Неоднократно, по всем правилам, указанным на сайте, были предоставлены. документы. Документы без указания конкретной причины не прошли подтверждение. Ни в онлайн-чате, ни службе поддержки не предоставили информацию, почему документы не приняты. Дополнительно предоставил загранпаспорт гражданина Украины. Дополнительно предоставил скриншоты с результатами проверки данных документов на сайте Государственной миграционной службы Украины. После обращения в службу поддержки в моем аккаунте убрали возможность заказа номеров Украины. На конкретный вопрос почему не подтверждаете документы, мне был предоставлен другой ответ: "К сожалению, заказ номеров Украины недоступен. Специалист технической поддержки Sergey." После этого общения в моем аккаунте действительно убрали эту возможность. Для других эта услуга существует (легко проверить после регистрации нового аккаунта). Прослеживается блокировка конкретной функции под конкретного абонента без объяснения причин, по какому-то признаку (национальность, пол, место проживания или др.) При обращении в службу поддержки был сформирован "Ticket: 573853" Надеюсь, что по номеру Ticket, сотрудники, которые будут отвечать на этот отзыв, смогут более детально изучить ситуацию и предоставить свой ответ здесь. Скриншоты ответов службы поддержки готов предоставить для уточнения ситуации.

The service did nit work with me. My number simply will not receive most calls frout outside their network. Tried to explain this for two weeks. Instead of trying to understand my issue and fix it, Alexey simply tried to sweep the issue under the carpet and tried to convince me that it is working. It was not working... Don't go with them if you are looking for a reliable service.

Zadarma is a Bulgarian based company. For a phone number you are required to send them a copy of your ID. This is weird. When i sent the ID using our covernment supplied app for sharing ID with the non nessasary info crossed out i get declined. I will never ever send my ID to a Bulgaian company. Lets see if they pay me back. SCAM don't fall for it!!! I cannot reply to your comment. I am a phone provider in the Netherlands. And i obey the EU laws. There is no law that states to have an ID without watermarks on it. So your still trying to look honest while your just scamming for ID's

ID verification is a governmental requirement of certain countries that cannot be overlooked. ID has to be fully visible in order to pass verification.
