Absolute mess on the website and verification system. Tried to pass verification 3 months ago, it glitched and nothing happened in a week and I throw it away. 3 days ago I've tried to come back and finish it, in a day I got a message "verified". After I've tried to top up a balance - website stopped on the settings page and started to ask me for a verification while on the same page I've already passed it as it show "verified" at the bottom of the page. After I've created a case - they asked me for a selfie. Absolutely frustrating time wasting. If you need only one number and and no externals - use Skype. You will save a lot of nerve cells.

Scam. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Cheater and liars. I believe they are 100% scam. Stay away don’t give away your identity. They charged me 12 dollars and took my ID but never gave me the service they promised.

Unfortunately we cannot say much good about this company. First we constantly have problems with calls and call quality. It's never their issue. Last week we couldn't call back to the local Microsoft Offices. We reported, they asked for the call log: 1. we went to the usual place where you get the call log on their platform, nothing comes up. They say "it doesn't show didn't get through to our platform" however if you go through another menu to another (different) call log page those calls then show. So they only show on specific statistics page, and automatically throw that it's nothing with them. Since we actually provided the destination number, it puzzles us how couldn't they even do a backend search and figure it out by themselves. BUT NO: they just dismiss the issue don't even care to check anything. But it gets better: as we were able to find those calls, we sent the log back with the failed calls. Their response: They "checked out" with their "partners" and said the number doesn't exist. The Microsoft number, published on Microsofts page as customer care. A number from which we receive calls. To which we call from any other line. They say it doesn't exist. I have no words or terms of any kind what so ever to describe this appalling and daunting experience. How can a company be so incompetent??

As per our records, the issue you have faced has not been dismissed: our support team has investigated the issue and followed up with you to share the results. In your particular case, the number that could not be reached was a Shared Cost number and international calls made to such a number can fail.

YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR TOLL-FREE NUMBER AFTER ACTIVATION!! THEY ARE LIARS!! STAY AWAY!! AND ALL OF THEIR GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE!! Edit: Since they want to request more information for this review, I will add some details... So, they tell you a $0 set-up fee and a $0 monthly fee. BUT then after activation, they tell you that you have to pay and yes there WILL be a monthly fee also and they will not give you your number until you pay. That is what they told me in chat when I could not find my toll-free number. Liars!!
