Leur système de prise de photos sur passeport m'a refusé 2 fois de suite alors que j'avais tout fait dans les règles. J'ai demandé mon remboursement et en moins d'1 heure j'ai été remboursé par Paypal. Je m'insurge contre ceux qui les traitent de malhonnêtes mon expérience prouve le contraire. J'espère qu'ils feront le nécessaire pour changer de système d'enregistrement qui les desservent.

During lockdown, our company moved all communication and collaboration to Microsoft Teams. With Zadarma integrated, we take and transfer calls directly within Teams, see who is available, and even listen to voicemail without leaving the app. Our remote staff feel more connected, and we avoid toggling between multiple tools. It has simplified our tech stack and kept our focus on talking to customers rather than managing software.

I've been using Zadarma for 5 months and haven't had any issues since. I wasn't familiar with virtual numbers before and had to spend some time, figuring out what to do. The big advantage of Zadarma is that it has all the instructions (clear enough to grasp the required information!) Technical support is always happy to help if there's something still not clear. My advice for people not satisfied with their experience - make sure you follow all the instructions and requirements mentioned. It's not as difficult as it might seem and really saves time/nerves.

I make several long distance international calls every month (as an individual not as a business), and had used Skype for many years. When Skype ended, the option of moving to Teams did not suit my needs. I searched all over to find a replacement and eventually settled on Zadarma. I have been delighted with the service and it is actually far better than Skype.

The app is reliable, I'm very happy with it. Call's quality is absolutely great, service is affordable, support answers quickly and provides help with all types of queries.

I used Skype prior Zadarma. I had to switch because Skype will no longer provide a foreign number. It was a little chalenging to get the transfer done. But I am so happy with the quality of Zadarma. It works way better than Skype used to do. And it's also even cheaper. So I am thrilled!
