I received an email today saying that I needed to top up my account with any amount. I log in to do so only to find that the minimum I can top up with is £5. There is nowhere on the website does it say that there is a minimum; I called customer service to query this and was told that the minimum is £5 despite there not being a notice I was told by the agent that it says top-up with any amount from £5 and when I challenged this I was still met with but the minimum is £5. I said I would send a bank transfer to top up and was told that the minimum is £45 why should there be a bloody minimum to send money via bank transfer???

so bad experience! they ask you to top-up and then you can verify. After you done all the personal ID document things, they will reject it and ask you upload a picture with you holding paper and ID. Then you take some picture as they asked and upload them. THEY WILL REJECT U AGAIN! WhaaTheFK is that? How crazy to ask for so much personal information and then reject them again and again. Is it funny to fool the customer?

I strongly advise against engaging with this utterly incompetent tech company. My experience has been nothing short of a disaster. After signing up, paying the fees, and passing initial verification, I was all set to go. I integrated their numbers into my website and printed brochures. However, just five days later, my account was abruptly shut down, and I was asked to provide additional verification. I promptly complied, sending all required documents, including a photo of me holding my passport alongside a piece of paper with the company name and date. Despite this, five days have passed without any response. My support ticket (№ 766871) remains unanswered, and their online chat only offers generic replies, promising that someone will get back to me. This prolonged downtime is utterly unacceptable and severely disrupts my business operations since the phone numbers are non-functional while the account is locked. Avoid this company at all costs. Their lack of responsiveness and unprofessionalism are detrimental to anyone trying to run a business.

I've been a client of Zadarma since the 29th of August 2016 and recently I received notification that I need to prove that I'm not living in territories such as Russia, Iran, temporarily occupied regions of Ukraine, and some else (I'm a Russian citizen). Since I left Russia in 2021, I was sure I had enough documents to prove it (because I have a long-term rent contract in Europe, a taxpayer number in Europe, and even a tax declaration here, but unfortunately I'm still waiting for the residence permit). Since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, I supported Ukraine with donations to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and have many friends who live in Ukraine. So, after notification, I started the KYC process and uploaded all documents, but... Zadarma requires only an ID card or Passport as proof. What a nonsense! I have had no problems with such companies as Twilio, Binance, Wise, Twilio, OpenAI, and other companies required to prove residence outside countries with criminal regimes, and the only problem with Zadarma. Support agents are useless and very rude, they don't give any information or explanations. So, unfortunately, after 8 years of partnership, I left Zadarma and can't recommend this company anymore.

Very rude live chat agent, he confused me intitially said we offer numbers then said we do not. I asked to speak with business representative he said "why what is your question", I anserwed him again that I want to speak with a business representative, to which again he asked "why what is your question" - Finally I gave him my answer to which he replied "I already replied you that". Then he concluded "We do not offer numbers for whatsapp and telegram". Very rude jumping into conclusion doesnt even like his job!

For three weeks now, I've gone back and forth using their CHAT and still no resolution at getting my virtual number working to be able to send/receive SMS Messages from my cell phone or receive email notifications. No one can complete a troubleshooting request and each session has been a minimum of 1.5 hours.

SCAM - Wollen nur deine Daten. Verlangen nach Gasrechnung oder was auch immer..

Absolutely disgusting service. I sent all my documents, passport, residence permit and that is still not enough for the verification of the VIRTUAL number...
