Went to pay $2 for the number but the minimum payment is $5, so I paid it. Then was told I had to have $6 minimum in my account to activate text messaging, so went to deposit an extra $1but....minimum payment was $5....so I did. THEN they wanted copies of my passport which I was not comfortable with and stated such. As I was requesting to send my drivers license instead, I looked up the reviews and to my horror, saw the vast amount of 1-star reviews (far outweighing the 5-star reviews.) I asked to cancel and get a refund...which they did. I wasn't hopeful to get my money back but it hit my paypal within a few minutes!

Respecto a la funcionalidad cree mi ivr y me ha ido bien. No se que tal funcione otras opciones pero tiene cosas muy interesantes por explotar e integradas para CMR y api. Respecto a la calidad de la llamadas depende de tu internet y las prioridades de trafico. El precio si me sorprendio bastante y en poco tiempo tuve mi central virtual. Le da un cache interesante a tu empresa. Lo malo que los números a veces son de otras empresas grandes y estos no actualizan su número. Como veran tenia muchas llamadas preguntando por soporte de compras de esa empresa. Es asi, que tuve que crear MI IVR con el nombre de mi empresa me demore 1 dia. Me gustaria intercambiar experiencias - asi quedo mi central 016409368); pienso implementarlo en una clinica donde hay muchas llamadas y se requiere ver el seguimiento. Espero que tenga integración con COMMO ante amocrm.

My toll free number suddenly disappeared after having it, and auto renewing it for almost a year. Customer Service said I should have auto renewed it, but I did. I then bought a new number because I had a credit with them, when I selected a particular toll-free number it gave me a different one. Customer service was no help. I selected it another number again, and still got a different number. I recorded my screen as proof, but cannot post a video. They have a business model established, but anything outside the norm they just tell the customer it is their fault and do not try to help. My money has been wasted on Zadarma. Update: Zadarma has re-activated my original 888 toll free number, but only after posting this trust pilot review. For that, I am changing the stars from 1 to 3.

It has been good and reliable at times but it doesn't always work for both inbound and outbound calls. They had a major fault in their system for a few days and didn't report it to me (or other users I assume) either. It is very cheap but I understand why. I need reliability so I will change to another provider even if I pay more.

El servicio si funciona bien, pero como tengas un problema como en mi caso se hace eterno, te dicen que habras una incidencia en la plataforma de tickets, pero como sea un viernes como en mi caso ya para el lunes aunque te dejen sin recibir llamadas. El chat bien podría ser un automata diciendote habras un ticket. Al final lo solucionaron tras día y medio sin telefono, deberían mejorar el seguimiento de las incidencias
