Dear customer, We have not identified any issues with your PayPal top-ups; all known transactions have been successfully credited to your account. However, you have initiated disputes on three occasions, resulting in the funds being returned. Repeatedly processing payments and subsequent refunds is not sustainable. If PayPal does not meet your expectations, we recommend using alternative methods to top up your account. Available options include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers. For more information on these methods, please visit our support page.
