Like many others have noted in their reviews this company will simply take your money and then block your account. I had mistakenly assumed that perhaps these other users had failed to provide the right ID. Nonetheless, despite completing the verification process including submitting a passport copy alongside a photo of me personally holding my passport. My account was automatically blocked 2 days later. Please note that not only will you lose money with this company but more importantly you may end up losing a great deal of time setting up systems to use your number only to have it blocked. I have of course attempted to contact support multiple times to resolve this, but again as others have pointed out the customer service is both rude and unhelpful. I do not often post reviews but felt compelled to do so in this case. I would strongly advise not using this company, you are basically giving them your identity and banking details for nothing in return. And, as a Bulgarian based company you have no recourse whatsoever.

Je vois pas pourquoi leur mettre une étoile parce que il en vaut pas la peine de l'escroquerie totale ils sont là que pour encaisser l'argent vous il vous demande de payer une fois que vous avez payé il vous demande des documents et vous avez rien en retour de l'escroquerie totale des vrais voleurs un site comme ça sur Google ne devrait pas exister c'est que des voleurs je veux même voir si je peux pas les signaler à Google pour qu'ils ils enlèvent leur site

I have a free version of the CRM and have been using it for about two months. Today, I tried to log-in and the system has locked me out because, according to the help team, "You have not paid for the PBX." Nowhere in their terms of service does it say I am required to pay for PBX to use the free version of their CRM.

Kundenservice ist einfach schlecht und unprofessionell! Die Seite wirbt für Dienstleistungen, die gar nicht angeboten werden! Erst nach zwei Tagen Warten auf die Verifizierung erfährt man davon! Anhand der Antwort auf meine Bewertung hier wurde mir basierend auf meinem Ausweis unterstellt, aus welchem Land ich anrufen werde – und daraufhin der Service verweigert. Eine absolute Diskriminierung!

Avoid Zadarma unless you are a masochist! 1. Pathetic customer service! Use this company if you want to waste hours of your time with indifferent staff who don't understand English and can't be bothered to assist. 2. Unecessarily complex user interface! Use this company if you want to waste more hours of your time trying to figure out how to configure their systems. 3. Unreliable service! Use this service if you want to force your customers to make several attempts to call your number which doesn't work.

Zadarma's reliability of their phone servers have been terrible... The loose connection and disconnect the call all the time. Often I'll end up hearing some random person on the other end.

Switched there after Skype stopped their old service... However Zadarma's service and the reliability of their phone servers have just been abysmal... often just loosing the connection or even disconnecting mid call (despite my internet connection being flawless)...

Ask for bunch of docs stay away and constantly deny them
