Customer service was GREAT! My computer system auto filled the wrong mailing address, but thanks to the follow-up email I received confirming my order, the error was detected, and they were able to change the shipping address for me. I'm SUPER pleased with my carvings. They're beautifully done and so clever! Many thanks!

I ordered a Sitting Puppy from Yukon Design Studio for my niece's b'day. Due to a sudden illness, and 3 hospitalizations, the questions the people at Yukon asked went unanswered for 3 weeks. They were great about it! They perservered, helped correct an address, and wrote very understanding notes. My niece loves her Puppy, and I fully intend to order more gifts from Yukon !

I was a little worried after reading previous reviews but my experience was positive. My order took 11 days to arrive but I live in Canada and I wasn't in any rush to receive it. The carvings (3 of Man & Dog - floppy ears) were actually bigger than I was expecting and the quality was excellent. I'm really happy with my purchase.

This was my first order with Yukondesignstudio. Their response was prompt in following up on my order that was delayed by the U.S. Mail. The items I received were as described in the ad and I absolutely love them. The workmanship is outstanding.
