I purchased two items from Yukon Design Studio, the Woman and Kitty carving and the 7-Chakra Tree Pendant Necklace. I am happy with the carving, but the tree pendant necklace is awful. It bears no resemblance to the photo in the listing, with all the gems bunched up around the edge of the pendant (not neatly spaced out like the listing) and the tree itself looks like it's warped with age. This was supposed to be a gift for my wife but I would be too embarrassed to give it to her. Martin at Yukon was initially responsive to my return request, but, after requesting and receiving photos of both sides of the pendant, has now failed to reply to my emails for the last two weeks. Avoid, unless you're sure you want the items even if they look nothing like the listing. EDIT: Yukon Studios got back in touch after reading this review. Rating upgraded from 1 to 3 stars to reflect the Woman and Kitty carving, which I like. I received a refund for the awful 7-Chakra Tree Pendant Necklace - they didn't want it back.

Die Produkte sind sehr besonders und der Kundenservice ist jederzeit freundlich und kompetent. Meine Fragen bezüglich Ankunft ders bestellten Artikels wurden zeitnah beantwortet. Ich fühlte mich gut aufgehoben. Lieferzeit ist für mich das einzige Manko. Ich würde dort nichts bestellen, was kurzfristig verschenkt werden sollte. Wenn es keine Eile hat das Produkt zu bekommen, klappt es.

The product needs final touches. Such as a finish, it's raw wood. Light sanding and glue helps.

After a small problem with a delivery, it was rectified immediately, in a caring and understanding manner. The goods are first class and I would highly recommend Yukon Design Studio.

I received my lovely dog with woman carving as a gift from a friend upon losing my sweet dog, Jasper. The interconnectedness of this piece just touched my heart deeply. It’s simply beautiful in a way that makes me feel the creator understands the love between a human and their pet.

Très belles figures et bien travaillées. Bon service et aide rapide avec les problèmes, car la deuxième livraison a disparu par la poste, comme ce fut malheureusement le cas avec moi. Tout ce que je peux dire, c'est : tout est parfait et merci !

Dat mijn mailtje direct werd beantwoord. De hondjes erg verzorgd waren verpakt en ontzettend leuk zijn.

I was entering my shipping and mailing address information and I hit submit too early and noticed the shipping and mailing address was from a previous address. I immediately emailed Yukon Design Studios of the mistake and supplied the correct information. I was contacted that the correct information was amended. I am happy to note that I received my order today (8/1/25) and am looking for the best options to display my cat figurines. Proud to support businesses that keep the "buyer" at the forefront of service! Great job!!!
