I was delighted when I received the framed 18"x24" picture of my pup! It was just like I hoped it would be and looks great on my wall! I appreciated the fact that I could request adjustments to the color and texture of my dog's fur and the result was wonderful! It arrived very quickly after I approved the proof and was well packaged for shipping. Will order another one soon.

When we placed our original order there was a misunderstanding regarding what we wanted. I informed them of the issue and they immediately reprinted the portrait exactly as we had originally wanted. Everything was handled very promptly and professionally. A great product and super customer service!
