This has to be by far the worst shipping company in the world. I ordered an Engine that was suppose be delivered from Texas to NYC and it was suppose to arrive on 06/07/23 and I ordered the prior Thursday. Upon writing this review I still have not recieved the shipment. It did not move the entire weekend or week and has no only as of 06/08/2023 reached and remained at an Atlanta Georgia location. They go days without updating you or moving the shipment and continue to push back the date. If I had a choice I would have never picked this company. My new estimated delivery day is 06/12/23. Let’s see how that holds up. Customer support is also no help whatsoever and can do nothing but twiddle their thumbs. It’s a miracle that they’re still in business honestly.

YRC was hired to ship my hot tub cover. It was dropped off at my mailbox, although my receipt signature was required by the shipper (I was home all that day but was never contacted). The cardboard container had two large rips and the contents were punctured. YRC denied the claim, insisting the package was undamaged, despite my photos!

Terrible. Going on 2 weeks from original arrival date. Customer service still has no idea when it may arrive.

I am very dissatisfied with the way YRC meets the delivery date. I am also very dissatisfied. With the fact that you reach out to Customer Service and they cannot even get in touch with the hub that is supposed to be scheduling your delivery! They have missed the delivery date on the tracking info and there is still three days later no information as to when I will get my delivery. Would never use this company if it was my choice ever again.

YRC is awful. Always late. Break stuff. Deny claims. Make up extra charges for weight/dim or restricted access, which are not valid but then you have to fight their billing for months is a total waste of time. The only company we have completely blacklisted from our outgoing freight and the suppliers that ship to us. YRC was bought by Reddaway, also an unreliable logistics company, and now we are blacklisting Reddaway too. Seems they went downhill with the YRC purchase, total amateurs with zero integrity.

Trust me, this company is garbage. We have a country location and have freight trucks deliver on the side of the highway(not busy 2 lane) with plenty of room. I've got pictures of rigs delivering here. Same day another carrier delivered no issues. Plenty of successful, safe deliveries. But since these jerks came the first time without scheduling a delivery, they had to drive back. Then came a second time at 9ish in the morning and delivery window was 12-7pm. I set that up with Amy and it said so on the website. Verified it the day prior and let them know my family member drove their tractor with forks on a trailer 35mins to wait and unload. Time window comes and goes, nothing. Call them. I was being friendly, got hung up on first time and it cycled to the next rep who transferred to a guy who happened to be the head honcho, regional manager or whatever, I forget cause I was pissed at the end. Says "We're not delivering there" Goes on about how unsafe it is for their drivers in a very condescending attitude as if I'm clueless on freighting industry. All that is folks is petty behavior. Any idiot can see that. They drove out here twice due to their own crappy business model and now I'm paying for it while they have thousands worth of inventory sitting on pallets. There's a reason why we have amazing reviews online for our business. Because we know how to do things right. Maybe you should take business ethics 101.

They give you a day and say they will be there, then no call no show. We had to assemble a pallet outside and wrap it only to find out they were not coming. Then we had to take it apart to reassemble it another day so we could have a different company pick it up. They refused to make any effort to remedy the situation even though we had a remedy that would take a total of 10 minutes of the drivers time. Go with XPO and pay the extra amount for the outstanding service.
