My 5 stars is for the customer service and the company willing to resolve my issue. Yulia was very helpful and took the time to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied. They respond to emails fast and was very eager to resolve my issue. For now I will give 5 stars and once my Treadmill comes I will update my review on the product and how it works.

The equipment is very well made, and there is a free app—something that, to my knowledge, isn't the case with other providers. I had a defect with my rowing machine, and since it was still under warranty, I received a free replacement unit within a week. Customer support is also fast and helpful. I would happily use them again.

1. Items were purchased on walmart.com using my stolen Credit card and delivered to my home. 2. Address is 777 n 5600 w SLC Utah. Which comes back to an Amazon warehouse. 2. One of those items was a treadmill from YPOO Fitness. At least that's what the invoice says. 3. I received the item today and it was a box no bigger than a shoebox. I can see the box on my security cameras.
