other than a slight color difference in the final product on some parts of the mat it looks great.

Thanks for the feedback Discokid! Yep, that could happen, because it is custom products after all, but as you said, if it happens, it's really just sightly because we make sure to print the images as true to the original colors as possible :) I'm glad you like it and thanks for the review!

I will say you must be patient when ordering, it most like will take closer to 30 days to get to you, but is well worth the wait. High quality as far as the picture I wanted and the fabric that is used.

Hi Mr. Legend! Thanks for the honest feedback and I'm glad you like the fabric! We're fully aware of the delays to in shipping for specific countries (not the US), it happens because of the lock downs and there's not much we can do about it, but it should get better soon! We already see that :D

Very friendly people. Answered all my questions and everything went smooth. It took way longer than I expected for the playmats to arrive, so if it's a present or gift keep that in mind. But the quality is very nice (I picked the transparent stitching.) and I will make use of their services again if I need another playing mat.

Thank you for the honest reply Bart! I'm really sorry the playmats got delivered later than you expected! I've checked it out and the production time plus shipping time did cover the total amount of days we promised to deliver the order. I apologize again that it couldn't arrive faster though. Nevertheless, I'm glad to know you liked the quality ^^

Been over half a month and just now my order has shipped when it said it would be a week and had to ask for the shipment #
Response from Your PlaymatApr 19, 2021
Hi! I'm terribly sorry about the delay! I've checked it out and actually, it's been less 13 days and not over 2 weeks. We also shipped your order 4 days ago already! But yes, there was a bit of a delay because the mat has custom dimensions and is pretty big and needed a bit more time to work on. Again, I'm really sorry about it, but it's not like we shipped it only now, it was produced and shipped a few days ago. We also let you know via email and replied to your emails. I think the Trustpilot system have sent you this "rate us" email way prematurely because it is newly integrated and sent it automatically. We stopped it, but it's our mistake for letting it send those emails for a few days, so I'm sorry about that too.. Nevertheless, the mat is on its way and the tracking number was provided. I do apologize about this mess again and of course we're available via email!

This playmat is hands down the best playmat I have gotten in all my years of playing card games! The ability to get my own design printed as well as adding the border on the playmat prevents wear and tear from rolling it up or moving it from place to place!
Response from Your PlaymatApr 13, 2021
That's actually an awesome complement!!! Thank you so much! Also, we love customers with the name Mat/Matt for obvious reasons! xD See you again soon!
