Hey Max,

First of all, I’m really sorry for the foil playmat taking so long to get produced. Nowadays, It usually takes up to 20 days to get produced and shipped out but with your playmats, it took over a month because we had bunch of unexpected bulk orders foil playmats and as you saw, the process is being done manually, and we completely forgot to let you know! It is totally our fault and again, even if it doesn’t mean much at this point, I’m very much sorry for this bad shopping experience you had with us so far. I’m glad you received the preview images of the final products with the foil attached and at least you were pleased with it. Naturally, we don’t get as many foil playmates orders as regular ones, so we can forget to update some customers.
 I agree 100% with you that it shouldn’t have taken this long to get produced, but sometimes we have unexpected events and problems popping out, so once again, I apologise for that.

Hey Karen, I'm deeply sorry for this horrible experience you had with us and for receiving the wrong playmat size. I went over the case and you're completely right. I've taken measure to my own hands and refunded you for the full amount. this should not have happen and basically the problem was that instead of creating a new order for you (with no charge of course) and let it go through the process in our system, we took care of it manually, and usually, from my experience, this is the result! This is not how we produce reshipments, nor conduct ourselves when it happens, and the person that took care of you didn’t act according to our standard procedure. I keep on checking who was involved in this case in order to make sure it won’t happen again. 

Usually at the end of the year, we have tons of orders because of black Friday and Christmas sales, so I can see why it happened, but regardless, it is still wrong and sadly, you didn’t get the mat size you wanted because of it. 

Honestly, I’m really sorry Karen and it sucks to see someone gets dissapointed but at least I can guarantee you will get the mat for free, plus the full refund.

Hey, So after a total of 191 back and forth emails, some customers will not be be satisfied, even if you do everything for them. Yad decided to take it to the next level and open 3 different accounts I guess to do it and lower our rating. I will appeal to trustpilot and try to get 2 of the reviews removed. Feels unfair after all Ive personally done for him but I can't really change his mind at this point, even after he received his reshipment.

Hi Ruairi, First of all, I'm really sorry for this mess we caused... Twice... It was truly professional and simply a bad shopping experience. After some investigation, we found that a part in the mold we created for the specific custom-size mousepad you ordered, was uneven for some reason, and it basically made the printing machine print 2 small white splashes on top of the mousepad. It happened only in your specific mold and it took a while to find the stains because of the nature of the image you send us for printing... Regarding the incorrect size- we do have a disclaimer on the product page in red that there's a potential deviation of up to 0.8" from the original chosen size when printing custom-size mousepads and mats. We issued you a full refund and again, I'm so sorry about those defects... This is not a standard thing to happen, but sadly it happened with your order. We're reexamining the entire mold creation process in order to make sure it won't happen again.

Hi Jason! Thank you for letting us know, it's unacceptable if you received a playmat you think is damaged and we'll send you a new mat if needed! But for general knowledge, we optimized the stitched edges to be ideal for sliding cards on them without the risk of them being bent or damaged (which is a complaint we see other companies receive a lot). It might just be the case that you're not accustomed to thinner stitched edges, but that doesn't mean the stitched will fray :) Regardless I will contact you via email to make sure you received the playmat in perfection condition. If we'll need to send a new mat, we will :)
