I needed a birthday gift for someone who is very sentimental, and this book was the PERFECT gift. The recipient couldn’t get through the first page without crying. It turned out absolutely beautiful. I will be ordering from Kith and Kin again!

This was my first time using this…
This was my first time using this program and it was ok. Some people had issues with their submissions as it would freeze and then delete what they wrote so I had to help them. I also don’t love the way it auto formulates the pages which left some oddly blank or pages with only one response on them which I couldn’t adjust. I also couldn’t adjust the title font in any way. Lastly, it doesn’t allow other people to add custom pages (we wanted to add notes from grandkids) so I again had to have everyone send that to me to add.
It turned out to be more work on my part so I probably won’t be using again.

We appreciate your feedback on the layout and customization options. It is possible to adjust the layout, and our team responded to your questions shortly after your first email to our team and this review, with some suggestions. That said, we understand the desire for more control and flexibility, especially when coordinating contributions from loved ones. You’re right that contributors can't currently add custom content outside the prompts, and that’s something we're actively exploring based on feedback like yours.
We also want to reassure you that our support team is always just a chat or email away. We aim to respond quickly and help however we can. In this case, we didn’t receive any messages from contributors having trouble, and we would have been happy to jump in and troubleshoot directly.
We hope the final product brings a smile despite the hiccups, and if there’s anything we can do to help or improve the experience now, we’d love to hear from you!

Great customer service and product!
I ordered a book last minute for our SVP who retired. I was able to set the project up and had a few response submissions and placed the order without issue. After the order was submitted I received quite a few more responses and reached out to have them added to the project. Brittany was so helpful and accommodating and made this so easy and stress free! The whole project was simple and the customer service was absolutely amazing! The book turned out great and ended up making a strong hard man shed a tear after receiving his gift. I would recommend this to all my friends and family to make a lasting and great keepsake that has so much room for customization!

Good but could be better...
To start, the pros:
- The overall quality of the book, pages, and pictures were great and worth the cost.
- There were good color choices and customizable choices.
- The setup was fairly easy.
Cons:
- Arrived with a dent in the lower left of every page so looks like something happened on the press and it was not checked for quality.
- The title page could have been created better and/or things could have been checked before printing. I know it stated no human would check but I also could not make adjustments to how the title fit.
- I could not delete certain questions after people started answering and I did not realize you had to mark "optional" or "required" so everyone had to answer all prompts and if I wanted to delete some that folks could not answer, I would have had to delete all responses and start over. This is definitely a flaw in your overall design.

We’re also really glad we were able to connect and arrange a reprint when we learned about the dented pages. We invest in quality printing, and when something doesn’t arrive perfectly, we always want to make it right.
Your feedback about the title page and text prompts is spot on and it's why we’ve made improvements since your order. We’ve updated our cover styles and previews to give more flexibility, and text prompts are now all optional, so people can choose to answer whichever ones they wish.

Great experience
Brittany was such a help with editing the book. She was prompt to respond to my many questions and requests. The contributors all appreciated the writing prompts- made it easy! The photos and cover were clear and looked great. It arrived early! Most of all, my husband loved the book. Hearing from all of the people he loves meant so much to him and was the perfect way to commemorate his 50th. I will definitely use them again!
