Thank you so much for the kind words about the book and our support team! For others reading: you can preview every page of your book before you order, and download the final print file once the order is placed. What you see in that preview is what prints, so it's a reliable gauge of how your photos will come out. And if you'd ever like a physical proof for extra peace of mind, just ask us, we're happy to send it through. Your note about per-page customization is well taken, and we're exploring more ways to give some flexibility. Thanks again for taking the time to share this.

Thank you so much for your kind words , it really means a lot to hear that you had a great experience, and I’m so glad I could help make the process easier for you. We also really appreciate the feedback about rotating photos. We’re always looking for ways to improve the experience, and comments like yours help us know where we can make things smoother and more intuitive. Thank you for the thoughtful review, and we’re thrilled you loved the final book. We really appreciate your feedback, and we’re continuously improving these parts of the experience. For a bit of added context: longer books can sometimes take more time to load, and pricing scales with page count. But we’re proud that, on a per-page basis, our books are priced at or below other major photo book printers. Just to clarify one point as well: we do automatically send up to three reminder emails to contributors who register but haven’t yet completed their submission. Thanks again for choosing us and for taking the time to share your experience!

Thank you so much for sharing this, and for creating something so special for your mom’s 80th, we’re so pleased she loved her book! We’re also really glad you reached out when the preview wasn’t showing your headers. Our team works hard to jump on anything like that quickly, and it’s wonderful to hear everything was resolved and the book arrived in time. And thank you for mentioning that some contributors preferred to send photos and notes by email. That’s been a common request, and we’re excited to share that next week we’re launching an update that will let project creators add submissions on behalf of contributors directly within their project — no email needed. Thank you again for choosing Kith and Kin for such a meaningful celebration. Warmly, The Kith + Kin Team

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and for trusting us with your memory book! We’re really glad to hear the customer service and final book felt lovely to you. And we completely hear you on the collage photos. This is feedback we’ve received from a few customers, and we’re actually excited to share that we’re launching our own collage maker in just a few weeks. It will let you easily combine multiple photos into one layout so they fill the page beautifully. We’re always looking to improve the experience, so thank you again for taking the time to share what would make it even better. Warmly, The Kith + Kin Team

Hi there, thank you so much for your thoughtful review, we’re really glad to hear the overall experience was a positive one. We’re sorry to hear there was a printing issue on two pages, that’s certainly not the standard we aim for. We absolutely replace any book with a defect, and we did reach out after seeing this, but never heard back. If you’re still open to it, we’d love the chance to make it right — feel free to reply to our message or reach out at [email protected]. Thanks again for the feedback, and for trusting us with your project!

Thanks so much for your thoughtful review! We’re glad you found it easy for people to connect and share their messages. You’re right that sometimes a few gentle nudges help bring everyone in by the deadline. On the photos, you can actually add custom pages, where you can add extra photos or include notes. Many of our customers use these pages for exactly that! We’ll make sure to highlight this option more clearly so it’s easier to spot in the future. We really appreciate your feedback and are so glad you chose Kith and Kin for your special project.
