Odpisaliście mi że kupiłam dietę 31 maja i że nie będziecie więcej pobierać pieniędzy z mojego konta ale to zrobiliście bez mojej wiedzy 132 złote keto app 346-214-0753 1wrzesnia 2020. Dlaczego??? Proszę o zwrot moich pieniędzy. O jakiej aplikacji wy mówicie żadnej aplikacji nie pobierałam a mało tego nie mam żadnego Apple ani iPhone oddajcie moje pieniądze które zabraliście z konta 1 września z nationwide bez mojego pozwolenia

Dear Monika, there is the possibility that you downloaded the mobile app for our diet and this might be cause for the subscription. But since the app was purchased through the iTunes Store our refund policies are negated. The best course of action that we can recommend is contacting Apple directly for further assistance. You could try the following steps: 1. Launch the Settings app. 2. Tap iTunes & App Store. 3. Tap on your Apple ID. 4. Tap View Apple ID when the pop up window appears. 5. Enter your Apple ID password, Face ID, or Touch ID when prompted. 6. Tap Subscriptions. 7. Tap the Subscription you want to cancel. We hope this helps you. Best Regards, YourKeto Team

Dokładnie to o samo spotkało dzisiaj mnie
Udało mi się i firma zwróciła bezprawnie pobrane pieniądze Dokładnie o samo spotkało dzisiaj mnie. Pobrali 99.90zł bez mojej wiedzy. Czy ktoś z Państwa już wyjaśnił sprawę i Może się podzielić informacjami ? Ja mogę się podzielić tym co udało mi się zrobić. Mianowicie zablokowałam w banku kartę, której oni używają do przelewów. Żadna płatność na ich konto już nie przejdzie.
