I was very pleased with the format they used to design my diet plan. They made it so that you could eat certain foods that you like. They provided the combinations for each meal.

I love this, it’s made staring on keto so easy. It was very clear from the start that this was a subscription service but you can cancel any time. The information you put in before you get your menu allows you to select foods you’d like and those that you wouldn’t (not all foods but some major ones for keto). The recipes are easy to follow with step by step instructions and a video. I love that it produces a shopping list but it helps to go through the recipes too. The best bit - I lost 7lbs in my first 3 days and that motivated me to keep going.

This company is a SCAM they hide the fact that they take £19.90 a month offf you by stealth through PayPal . There slimy customer services say the T& Cs cover it - they fix their sign up page to make it look like a one-off payment- it’s not DO NOT click anything on their advertisements

We're sorry you feel that way, however, please, be advised it is mentioned in several places that the service is a subscription-based one and not a one-time payment. Given that, we do not and can not "steal" money from PayPal - it is the customer who is agreeing to the Terms & Conditions which can be reviewed before one makes a purchase. In that regard, we have reviewed the communication with our Support Team that has responded in a fast, timely, and polite manner to your query, hence categorizing them as "slimy", although we can understand your frustration, is to say the least - inappropriate. We set app in English all comes in Dutch and app shows english menu in dutch we cannot follow it. Tried all bit app not let you change any not works for ys we will ask for refund but no answer so far. We wait and see reply if we can change this review for now money paid and we cannot use this. By this moment we received answer, and answer was if you enter Dutch website you cannot later switch to English, what is strange because app settings is english but all ells is Dutch and cannot change so we paid for nothing my wife not follows Dutch. If was more clear we of course used from begin English, but shows you can change language of the app, how we can know that you can change app language but NOT the Keto menu receipts (most important) We paid for nothing we cannot use it like this and they did not offer any help just answer sorry you cannot change keto menu language.
