Hello Gadi, Thank you for the feedback! Please, be advised our meal plans are subscription-based services and this is stated in 3 different places throughout the process of purchasing the meal plan. Hello Wiktoria, Please, note it is stated that the meal plans are subscription-based, first, on the final page of the creation process - before choosing the payment method. Then, in our Terms & Conditions to which you have agreed upon when entering your e-mail address and clicking the little box, implying you have read, understood, and agreed to them. The billing cycle of the chosen period is also stated in the little box when selecting the one you prefer - whether 1, 3, 6 months, etc. In our Terms & Conditions, it is also stated that authorization is needed for the first charge only, and subsequent payments will be withdrawn automatically as long as one likes to keep the subscription active - once the latter has been canceled, the meal plan is active until the end of the paid period - after which it will be deactivated and removed, and no more charges will be made. We can confirm the subscription has been canceled, so no further charges will occur. If there is anything else we can assist with, don't hesitate to get back in touch with our Support Team. Best Regards, YourKeto Team

Hello Lola, Thank you for your feedback! Please, note the VIP content is not the subscription service, but a part of the whole package for the subscription service in question. Then, in our Terms & Conditions to which you have agreed upon when entering your e-mail address and clicking the little box, implying you have read, understood, and agreed to them.
