En primer lugar me cobraron una cantidad por la dieta y una cantidad adicional por "un libro" que yo no quería ni solicite. "La dieta" consiste Solamente en 5 platillos y solo cambia el orden .... osea que no tiene sentido alguno pagar

*****SCAM ALERT***** Do not sign up to this farce of a company, hidden costs and hidden information!!! Similar experience to the other 1* reviews!! Take note before considering using this company!! I signed up as a once off to try the plan several months ago, no indication that this was a rolling plan or subscription. They claim they do inform but they do not! Yesterday they took an unauthorised payment from my PayPal account and are REFUSING to refund it! £19.90 may not be much to some people but my country is in a cost of living crisis and they have hindered my ability to pay my basic household bills. I explained this to them and they do not care, got a copy and pasted response similar to their replies to the other 1* reviews on this page. In a nutshell DO NOT sign up for this scam of a product. They haven't even bothered to reply to my last email and they are well aware I'm doing this review. Watch out Your Keto because I'm taking this further! And don't bother replying with your copy and pasted reply of "please get in touch with our team" or the copied billing cycle, terms and conditions. You've already sent me this generic paragraph by email! Edit: just found out the total amount they have taken from me is £100 over several months... Sick to my stomach... Edit after Your keto reply: I beg to differ, this is not clear and this company has done everything in it's power to hide it. You have not even provided me with a receipt, a contract/subscription document. Where is it?? Absolutely no documentation on my end. Also you don't reply to the customer service emails, thats 2 from last week ignored! Read the other 1* reviews your company has a problem!!

They keep charging my credit card. I do not have an account with them, they don't even have my email. I have disputed and they fight the credit card refund.

As I have only just purchased I may raise or lower the stars accordingly. After purchasing the lifetime subscription I was firstly surprised to see adverts for the opportunity to purchase additional items in the form of e-books, for the lifetime price these should be part of the package. Secondly, after dismissing the adverts with the NO THANKS link they still remain the next time you load a page and constantly take up scree real estate, that's a a little bad form. That said, I did purchase the video unlock option, another unexpected purchase. As I said, this review may be altered up or down or added to at a later date.
