Original review, 2nd July 2023: My partner opened a ticket to cancel BOTH her subscriptions a couple of weeks ago, to which she got the following reply: "We would like to inform you that your subscription has been canceled and you will not be charged further." Yet she got charged again yesterday. Grifters. 2nd August UPDATE: Your Keto asked me to revise this review, so here you go. Following my complaints, their customer support started working on the issue in earnest. Although I had to reiterate what the problem was again and again, the subscription(s) got cancelled and they even issued a refund on the last payment. To be fair, the 2 subscriptions were registered under 2 different email addresses, which may have complicated matters for them a bit. At the end of the day, all sorted. 2nd UPDATE: I just got an email from Trustpilot: "yourketo.diet has flagged your review because they don’t think it’s based on a genuine experience." Interesting, right?
