Well at the beging of the process it seems to be a good choice but after your done seeing the vet.. And the need for medication asap it is a huge nitemare and. Nitemare that resulted in my dog passing away. THE complete truth is and what this company fails to say is that the medication in which your pet needs will be delivered in 2 -3 business days and even when you make all the calls and locate the medication in your area they make sure to let you are a number in a line and they will serve younehen your number is up. They had 6 hours to call my dogs script in before the pharmacy in my area closed. I called several times telling them the the pharmacy was going to close and I got the same answer. I asked for the scripts so I myself could go to my local pharmacy and was denied. From the vet to nurse to the people whom call the script in All are educated around PARVO illnesses and that what the needs are and how treatment needs to start asap or it will end result in death of a pet dosnet get treatment still not anyone made an y attempt or followed through with make sure my dog had what he needed... I mean hospitals doctors offices emergency rooms all have multiple patients with multiple medication needed to be prescribed and they seem to get patients what they need when they need it and they dont have to wait for 5 -12 ;hours for that scripts especially being life threatening... This place dosnet at all care about your pets wellbeing or there outcome they are more out out for you to meet vet hundreds of miles away from your area and EXCPECT you to go through they pharmacy and get there medication delivered in 2-3 day and when you cant go that long you go in to there list and they expect 5 - 12 hours to call a script in ... No urgent situation period accommodated for my reason just a number on there get around to it .... DO NOT FALL VICTIM IF THIS PATHETIC ONLINE VET IT WILL FAIL YOU!!! DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOU PETS WELLBEING .. BECAUSE THAT WILL FAIL YOU AND YOU BELOVED PET. THINK TWICE Before Using THIS COMPANY YOU DONT WANT YOUR PET TO FALL IN THE TO LATE NUMBER.. LIKE MINE DID!!!!

I do not know how they got 4 stars! I had to pay 30$ to even start the chat. Waited 2h to start the chat. Then another 90m wait time to start the line for video consult. All this at 9pm....i needed something very simple. You cannot do anything but stare at the phone app...while waiting... Save your money!!

What an amazing visit with Dr Bryce today. I’ve never done this before and my dogs a bit of a handful. He was so helpful and understanding I couldn’t ask for anything more. From start to finish I was finished under an hour I live on a fixed income so cost is always an issue for me. The Dr went over several options with me and really listened to my concerns. I will tell everyone how pleased I am with this service. Customer for life. Thank u so much.

Fuzzy.com must be a absolute joke. Attempted multiple times after paying to consult for a pet problem. Get a message we're experiencing longer then normal wait times. 3 days and still waiting... After multiple attempts to chat. Contacting my CC company and disputing the change for no service provided. Buyer beware.

Their messaging system is absolutley horrible tech for a company that relies on a chat-based business model. I waited for days for an answer and have asked the same question many times with no response. I don't know if it is just being ignored, or because the message isn't actually going through. As soon as you finally get someone on the chat, if you look away for 5 seconds, they close the chat if you don't answer IMMEDIATELY. The chat gives the impression that is asynchronous, but this is clearly not the case as you have to be present with the chat window open at the exact moment in order to have a conversation. Conversations are not answered/ followed up outside of a live session, which defeats the entire purpose of an asynchronous chat function. There is no notification system to let you know the status if you dare look at another window while you're waiting 1+ hour for the chat to connect. It doesn't give you an indication of when a live session will start, or how long the waiting time will be. It gives the option to sync the chat to your phone, but this doesn't work. It never came through. Zendesk seems to be very poorly integrated with their platform. I eventually did get through to someone who was helpful, but it was not worth the amount of time, hassle and subscription fee to do so. It would have been so much easier to just take my dog to the vet. I was excited about the idea of this subscription service, but they certainly don't deliver. As someone that works in SaaS, you really need to improve your basic service delivery if you want to actually retain customers. 0/10 would not recommend using Fuzzy.

I had such a great experience with my first time using this service. Nurses were pleasant and vet was thorough. Turns out my 6 year old pittie is dealing with a UTI. They overnighted her antibiotics and there was even a little toy elephant In her box of meds. So cute and thoughtful! Loved dealing with Fuzzy! Thank you!

I waited for over 5 hours for a vet to get in touch with me!!! And decided to cancel because who the FUZZY knows how long it would’ve taken them to call me!! Terrible concern for my pet!! I will never trust them again to care for any of my fur babies!! And I have to go through Apple Pay to even get my refund. What a joke!!!

Fuzzy and the employees they hire—specifically, Diane C.—are the reason I’m never using traditional vets ever again (except when necessary)! I’m going to tell EVERYONE how awesome this company is!!!
