Steampunk Farms Rescue BarnReviews of steampunkfarms.us

Steampunk Farms Rescue Barn is a 501(c)(3) animal sanctuary in rural San Diego County — 100% volunteer-run, Indigenous and women-led.We rescue farmed animals other organizations can't or won't take: pigs, goats, sheep, chickens, horses, llamas, and donkeys who arrive with no options left. We also run a barn cat program and a reactive dog rescue for animals turned away elsewhere.Every animal here is known by name, by temperament, by story. We don't warehouse lives — we steward them.Beyond daily care, we use storytelling, education, and community engagement to shift how people understand and value the animals who share this world with us. Our programs include hands-on sanctuary experiences, advocacy workshops, and partnerships with scouts, students, and community groups. We fund our work through supporter generosity, our Cleanpunk Soaps line, and a commitment to keeping overhead low. No paid staff. No corporate infrastructure. Just people doing the work because the animals need it done.If you've supported us, visited us, or followed our stories — we'd be grateful for your honest review here.
