Fake Reviews and Lies
I was skeptical when I found a textbook on this site for 70% less than other retailers. I'm glad I did further digging - they aren't located in the US but rather India. They advertise 2 day shipping but that's impossible as they ship USPS first class (5-12 days). Look at the 5 star reviews here and notice those reviewers haven't left a review for any other company....very suspicious.

Hi, Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We would like to clarify that we supply legitimate international edition textbooks, which are often priced lower than U.S. editions. These editions may ship from our global fulfillment partners and therefore delivery times can vary depending on transit and carrier processing. Our shipping estimates refer to the transit time after dispatch and are clearly outlined at checkout. We also welcome reviews from all customers, whether it is their first purchase or one of many, and we do not control who chooses to leave feedback. If you have placed an order with us and have any concerns, please contact our support team with your order number so we can assist you directly. Best regards, Customer Support Team

Poor response quick to charge
Minutes after ordering a book I discovered the price much lower on another platform. This site guarantees lowest rate, yet after sending an email to them about my error within minutes of the order, I've yet to hear back. My credit card was charged instantly, yet getting acknowlegement from them is difficult. I also have yet to receive an email confirmation on my order!

Ordered 2 new books, received one looks like used
I ordered two NEW books 1 month ago. The order never updated passed "processing", and never got a tracking number. It also states on the website as anyone can see "free shipping all over the world", "We deliver within 2-7 business days". And after a couple weeks, I received one of the books, and it has markings on it from what looks like a marker or a pen, and scratches on the book, when it was suppose to be new... It was packaged well, so it was done prior to shipping. And as for the second book, I never received it.. I tried to contact the company with no reply. After a month from when I ordered the items, I finally received a partial refund for the order, for the book that I did not receive.. but still, no one ever replied to my messages or contacted me back. I do not recommend this seller, It is a gamble to whether you receive your item or not, and In my experience, you will not get any type of update, or get anyone to reply to you.
