After ordering an emerald set ring for an engagement ring, there was some delay. It was around the Christmas season and covid was still causing shipping issues. They kept me up to date on where my item was and when it was likely to arrive. I was nervous and certain that the item had been lost or stolen at some point, but I was reassured. When the ring did arrive it was wonderful and everything I was hoping for. I am so very glad I was able to get that ring for my fiance and we continue to get compliments on it from total strangers. Everything came out perfect in the end.
