The labeling on the box could be more discreet, it nearly blew the cover. Otherwise it all looks good.

Overall the ring is perfect which is what truly matters, shipping to me was quick and rather easy besides a check in on where my tracking number was. The only issue was I purchased the wrong size and the return process took about 3.5 weeks and I received less money than was originally shown on their site for returns.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We’re very happy to hear that you love the ring and that the original delivery went smoothly. We’re sorry that the return and resizing process took longer than expected and that the final refund amount caused some confusion. International returns can sometimes involve additional shipping or transaction costs, but we always want these details to be clear. Please feel free to contact us with your order number, and we’ll be happy to review the refund calculation and explain it in detail. Thank you again for your patience and for sharing your experience!

Ring is absolutely gorgeous, at a reasonable price. Girlfriend loves it. One thing I do recommend when ordering from this company is to pay the extra $20 for expedited shipping, if you don’t they will wait the entire 5 week long deadline period (mine was shipping 10 minutes before the deadline cutoff) That being said, they do make this fact known so it’s to be expected, however a 5 week wait just for the shipping seems long. They are very responsive to emails, very friendly so overall a 5/5 on the customer service. A good experience and a GREAT piece of jewelry, would definitely recommend but again make SURE to put a rush on your order.

My girlfriend loves it. that’s all that matters

The ring took awhile to come in, which is fine since it was handcrafted, but it is beautiful! I am very happy with my purchase and my girlfriend is too! My only complaint was communication. For the majority of the process the website stated my order was not found and when I asked I was reassured they were making the order, but I didn’t receive any updates on shipment or how far along they were in the process of making the ring until I followed up after the dispatch date. Other than that, the person I was in communication with was very nice and always responded in a timely manner. If you are willing to wait for a beautiful product I would highly recommend using YourAsteria!
