You made the order on Dec 19th. All our rings are handmade and we need 2-5 weeks to make it. The deadline for the dispatch of your parcel was on Jan 23rd - we sent the parcel 100% in time. Estimated shipping time in US is 1-5 business days. The parcel was delivered within 4 days - 100% in terms which we provided. We hope that the customer likes the ring, because we tried very hard on it and put a piece of our soul in every jewelry.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Kindly ask you to note, that we try our best every time to fulfill each of our orders ASAP and send the parcels as quick as it can be. From our side we did everything 100% in time, although, unfortunately, we don’t have any influence on the post work, every update in their system is automatically sent to the sales platform, where we are working. We are sorry that the ring didn't meet your expectations for 100%. We are totally open and provide full information about each item as well as 8 photos (including several on the fingers). Also kindly ask you to note, that silver is very soft metal by nature and jewelry, made in sterling silver, requires a bit of care while wearing. Unfortunately, the customer bent the ring, applying extra force to it, and to our deepest regret we can’t accept the return of such item. Also please be informed that alexandrite is very beautiful and interesting stone due to it’s ability to change the colors and hues depending on weather conditions, ambient temperature, humidity level etc.
