5 stars!!! Takes some time to get the ring. Says 2-3 days delivery but that’s after they make it. Plan for a month or so ahead of time. My girlfriend loves her ring and it was well worth the wait! Ann was very good at communicating with me promptly the whole way through the process. Everything was very clear and understandable.

The ring turned out lovely. My boyfriend and I decided to switch out the cubic zirconia for diamonds a few weeks after the original purchase date. We were able to communicate with the store and they replied within the day and we're very kind about getting them switched out.

This ring was beautiful, exactly what I ordered, true to size, and completely met my high expectations! The seller was very patient with me and answered all of my questions within a day. This was my wedding ring and I had a tight timeline, so after sharing my event date they recommended I pay for a rush, which I did, and I received my item with weeks to spare. I will say the shipping process is lengthy, so do be sure to allow enough lead time for that. But the seller was very helpful in explaining the process and walking me through everyone so I received my item in time. It was just an extremely positive experience overall, and I'm beyond pleased with my ring!
