Exceptional customer service! The company kept me updated with my order until it arrived. The ring is absolutely stunning and exactly what I wanted!

We were searching for a nice handmade engagement ring for my fiance and this seller had a very nice selection of rings. All were very beautiful and appeared to be handmade. We picked one we liked and it was very fairly priced. Purchasing was easy, no issues there. Once it arrived we were extremely impressed how nice it was. It was more beautiful than the photos. Very well made and definitely hand crafted. This seller has excellent communication throughout the entire process so you'll feel stress free from start to finish! We will surely be buying from this seller again. They definitely take pride in the jewelry they make! Highly recommend these wonderful people.

Some good shit

I got a ring for my girlfriend from this seller and although it took a little while to come in it was exactly what we wanted. The stone was beautiful and looked just like the ad, which is not always the case with moss agate jewelry. Throughout the process of waiting for shipping the seller was very communicative and clear about what we should expect with delivery times and tracking. Ive read somr negative reviews here but it seems like they have made efforts to improve service in those areas because my experience was the exact opposite.

The ring was beautiful, looked just like the photos on Etsy, great value for the price! Customer service was also exceptional. I very highly recommend!

I just took it out of the box and off the bat it's beautiful and as shown in the photo it is such a beautiful ring and vlada and sergiy (the jewelers who made the ring) did an amazing job so hats off to them and it arrived before the expected range of arrival so that's a plus as well and the customer service was amazing very communicative the whole process was very smooth and pleasant I will definitely be buying from them again! Thank you.

I loved my ring! It fits perfectly and looks absolutely beautiful. I actually just ordered a matching wedding band!!! Excellent work and product.

Amazing help service, issues with delivery were solved very amicably
