Der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch. Am liebsten würde ich - 100 Sterne vergeben. Absolut keine Ahnung von Garantie bzw. Gewährleistungsrecht. Alles wird durcheinander geschmissen. Aber bei einem Gerät, was nach 1 1/2 Jahren defekt ist, da ist natürlich klar, dass der Verbraucher im Regen stehen gelassen wird und keinen Ersatz bekommt. Das allerletzte! Nie wieder werden wird hier nochmal etwas kaufen. Ihr solltet euch echt schämen !!!!

Auf der Suche nach umfassender, körperlicher und seelischer Bereicherung, Schmerzlinderung, Unterstützung und Entlastung stieß ich auf die Öle... Oder anders: Die Öle fanden den Weg zu mir. Ich kann mir keinen Tag mehr ohne sie vorstellen Die pubertierende Brut, körperliche und nervliche Ansprüche, die zu Spannungen führen, Alltagstrubel, Meditation, das gewisse Etwas in der Küche, natürliche, selbst hergestellte Kosmetika, Wäschepflege, Hausreinigung, und, und und...jeder Bereich wird von den Ölen abgedeckt. Zugegeben : die Preise schrecken erstmal ab. Doch die Ergiebigkeit ist immens! Manche Öle muss man nur "schnuppern", um ihre Wirkung zu bekommen. Was allerdings passieren kann : man kauft kein Parfum mehr. Ich liebe mein seit Jahren verwendetes Parfum, beobachte allerdings, dass ich eher zu den Ölen greife, die mich nicht bloß gut riechen lassen, sondern mich auch durch den Tag "tragen" und (bewußt gewählt) auch aktiv unterstützen.

Ontzettend slome en slechte klantenservice, leek wel alsof het een grap was. Het maakt ze ook totaal niks uit als er iets aan de hand is.

They have setup the website in a way that end user confuses at every stage and end up in either paying more unintentionally or have to call customer service for resolution. The website is misleading and seems fraudulent where limited access is allowed to sort out the issue. I was overwhelmed by their strong social media campaign, and therefore trapped in their products. Customer service is HORRIBLE, and therefore, I strongly doubt on the products are as well. If such a big brand claims big wins on social media then how could they forgot to improve their customer service followed by user experience on their website.

Horrible customer service. Nice folks on the phone but they don’t get the job done. 3 shipments in a row they sent me expired product. The first shipment was expired the shipment they sent to replace was expired they tried a 3rd time to replace & it was expired. I asked for a refund they only credited 1/3 of the amount so had to call again to go over that & supposedly that will come soon. If you have a lot of time to waste on inefficiency then this is the Company to do business with. Just to follow up on the above. After a few more calls they fully refunded my money. Took a lot of time & many emails & way to much time & effort to get it.

SCAMMER ALERT. This site automatically billed me and sent me $282.77 worth of junk that I never ordered. I had to spend 20+ minutes on the phone with customer service in order for them to send me a return label. Now I am inconvenienced by having to return all of this junk & hopefully they will refund me. Customer service even told me that it would be easier if I provided my SOCIAL SECURITY NO. What a shady business!! Stay away.

Las ventas se mueven a través de " socios " por redes sociales. Socios que te prometen un " descuentazo" en tus productos. Volvemos a lo mismo de siempre con estas supuestas MLM. Los productos son carisimos , pero lo mas preocupante es el afán de captar compradores que pasen a ser vendedores. Aquí ya podemos pasar a hablar de esquema piramidal. Los consejos en cuanto al uso de los aceites esenciales son muy cuestionables y sin base médica o profesional alguna. Muchas, por no decir todas las personas que los promocionan , se adjudican títulos de nutricionistas o profesionales, sin serio. Los llamados cursos se los dan entre ellos sin ningún tipo de titulación. Muy cuestionable todo y en cuanto a los productos , son tan buenos como cualquier otro que podamos comprar en herboristerías o tiendas especializadas con mas facilidad y seguridad acerca del uso prescrito por un profesional.
