Think Twice...
They have a serious issue with customer service, help support. Their nurses will provide instructions without knowing history, current situation if there is one, etc potentially putting patient health and safety at risk. Never ever assume anything and start giving a patient instructions to do this or that without knowing the situation and recent history, etc. There is a lot of going in circles with customer care help team. Some employees there don't even read customers message correctly, then assume and respond without even addressing the message from patient and creates more issues! If you are going to be in customer service to help patients take the time to read their short message and respond accordingly! One nurse kept telling me I can change pharmacies despite me telling her a few times they only have ONE that is licensed to ship to Cali. They have no idea what their pharmacy can can't do even after you educate them, yet she kept giving me that option which was clearly NOT an option for me so. Its kinda scary how these nurses work there! I have 30 years working with nurses on a regular basis and I would never recommend these nurses at Belle to work with any patients the way they assume and just start tossing out instructions not knowing anything about the patient! My provider there; Derrick doesnt like doing his job. When a patient is on Tirz and wants to start a OTC supplement and ask if its safe to do, etc, Derrick refuses to help, refuses to instruct whether or not its safe to consume with Tirz in your system etc. He says he can't offer guidance. Part of a Drs responsibility is to offer guidance if a patient ask about an OTC supplement, medication, etc while the medication HE prescribes (TIRZ) is in patients system from start to finish. If patient takes last dose of Tirz, yet Tirz stays in your system for 4-5 weeks (sometimes less depending on dose and length of time the patient was on it), and the patient wants to start an OTC supplement prior to Tirz being out of your system, he says, "he can't offer guidance," yet he is supposed to, as part of being a Dr to make sure his patients remain healthy and safe from start to FINISH! Even my PCP told me to go to him to ask him because he is the prescribing Dr of Tirz and she didn't know enough about Tirz (plus it's the right thing to do for the most accurate info, not my PCP responsibility)! What the heck?!?! He puts me in a position to look it up myself, just being a patient, and there's no clear answer on Google (hence why I reached out to my Dr at Belle (Derrick) ) for his help to guide me so I remain safe and healthy. He doesn't help patients! I had a bad reaction to Tirz with each injection for the past 6 injections (not prior) plus not losing any weight on it since late July (July through Oct) I couldn't get any guidance or help on no loss issue at Belle. Derrick wanted to switch me to Semaglutide (another glp1) due to reaction w Tirz injections, yet all the research I did showed it wasn't wise for me to switch to another glp1 as I would more than likely have a reaction, which each reaction could get much worse, yet he seemed fine with that. Website and instructions in portal are not always accurate and sometimes contradict each other, making you question which one is accurate and which one to follow. Pharmacy they use don't know how to pack up medications to make sure they remain fridge-temperature cold so had to get multiple shipments reshipped. If they just learn how to pack properly, they wouldn't be wasting so much medication and money. Positive note. Most everyone there is friendly. Easy process signing up with reasonable pricing. Be aware that you sign up without options for plans then later you can be told well you are on this plan but you should be on this other plan yet. Its like what are you talking about? So confusing. Never did get that squared away. There were days when I just needed a few days of a break away from them! I am really glad that I am leaving them since they can't offer anything for me. They have a lot of potential........
