Ich bin sehr begeistert von den ätherischen Ölen und habe die immer vor Ort gekauft oder durch amazon bestellt weil die offizielle Webseite sehr unübersichtlich war und heute wollte ich noch 4 Öle im Wert 300€ bestellen und ich habe das erste mal ein richtiges Gefühl bekommen dass ich zu eine Sekte beitreten soll. Ich wurde nach vielen Fragen gefragt und obwohl ich nur als Gast bestellen wollte wurde ich gezwungen zum Schluss eine Seite auszufüllen wo ich gezwungen war ein Mitglied zu werden wo ich meine Mitgliedschaft nach 20 Tage kündigen kann, sonst kann ich nichts bestellen.Ich bin super schokiert. We bought over a year ago with Young Living the top range of the diffusers the ARIA. From one day to another the ARIA has malfunctions and appears to be beyond repair. The customer service can only but refer to the general conditions, the warranty has expired and the client support has no sense of consideration to replace the ARIA at a reduced price. Several mails were sent but the answers were all times a general negative. Very poor service level. Don't buy.

I worked at young living from 2015-2106, saw first hand the deceit and retaliatory behavior of mgmnt, HR director David Bunker, CEO, Charles Vincent who spent more time sexting openly with his new wife, and inhouse council. The oils have carrier oils, many blends are from 3rd parties. I have documentation proving fraud, harassment, and retaliation.

This company customer service is very poor, you can't get through when you call and when you send emails they never respond. I've tried to cancel monthly orders and they didn't complete it and still took my money.

Shipping was ok, to the other hand the product, Haven Ceramic Diffuser, i ordered, wasn’t really ceramic, it’s a plastic underneath ceramic :( Pretty disappointed not only about the way they describe it, but also the price they sell the product for. It’s a false misleading information, basically I will never buy any product neither recommend anywho.
