My old gym cancelled Silver Sneakers. We looked at other gyms in our area. We decided on Youfit (Sandal foot Boca Raton FL) I am a former elite power lifter. I also was a strength coach in a University. Youfit is not a power lifting gym. However, it has platforms for squat, and deadlift with more than adequate weights. It also has a bench area with dumbbells. The machines are both plate loaded, and pin machine. They are very functional. The gym is very clean. The mgt. is very friendly, and accommodating. I enjoy working out there. There is no reason to say you cannot work out there.

Rejoined youfit Chester on Wrexham road. Impressed. Unlike total fitness, it's clean, friendly , warm adjustable showers , warm swimming pool and jacuzzi, and much cheaper. So glad I left total fitness and joined Youfit in Chester . Highly recommen.

I have had some confusion in the account on my membership, I emailed the membership and the management and they resolved it within 24 hr. The staff are always welcoming and warm and the pool is very cosy if you do not like a crowded pool you definitely will enjoy this in YouFit pool in Holiday Inn.

You fit Shepperton I have been coming to YouFit in Shepperton for many years and I have always found the gym team friendly, approachable and always ready to go the extra mile to be helpful.I am sorry Dan has left and sadly Kamil is leaving too, however I am looking forward to Matt becoming the new manager. I am sure that Matt, Calum (hoping very much that he will become the new Deputy Manager) James and Sandra will be committed to ameliorating YouFit Leisure even more by providing excellent members’ training and outstanding customer care.

I joined the Shepperton Youfit gym based on the fact it had all the pool and spa facilities included in the membership as well as the general "feel" of the gym and the changing room facilities. The gym is usually nice and quiet, not intimidating and has all the equipment I need (it's not a huge commercial gym so if that's your vibe then this might not be for you). The guys on reception are always extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming especially Callum and Kamil, they are absolute diamonds! As it's part of the Holiday Inn hotel you do get an array of guests visiting the gym or pool who can be a little annoying but overall it doesn't tend to impact me. The membership is very reasonable for what you get, they do a lot of classes but I don't go to those, but I do use the gym regularly and sometimes use the pool, sauna, steam and jacuzzi when I feel like a pamper. The lockers have built in codes that you set yourself (a bit like a hotel safe kind of thing) and there is one private changing cubicle, the rest is open plan but spacious. Hairdryers are supplied, swimwear spin dryer thing etc. The showers are ok but I do struggle to wash my hair there as I have long hair and takes too long as they're not overly powerful so I tend to just shower and wash my hair back at home. Parking is always plentiful and free, just put your car reg in the computer at reception. The bar area is lovely for a drink or food and the outside patio decked area is so modern and lovely, bar staff all good from what I've experienced. Oh and there's a separate room to the gym where you can stretch and do ab work which is hidden away so ask reception where it is if you want to use that, it's very tranquil in there. My daughter has now joined too and my husband has been a couple of times on a guest pass and absolutely loves it and is also thinking of joining.

Really good Clean

I've been coming to this gym for a couple of years and I believe it's a great value. The gym is always clean and the staff is friendly and prompt. Recently, I took advantage of a special on Personal Training and have had an excellent experience. The PT (Nick) is highly knowledgeable and is a great listener that will help you reach your goals, whatever they are. Very inexpensive, convenient and uncrowded, I highly recommend this place if you are trying to get fit.

I like the gyms , I have a lime card so go to two of the gyms due to different machines since I only use machines . I go work out and leave . Some seem to be looking for ridiculous things from gyms . I just go to work out 3x a week and that is it . I am not interested in anything else but work out type machines .
