Ive been a member for many years now at Colchester EightAsh Green club. Its a nice community of mostly older people. The staff who work there are friendly and welcoming. However the Youfit organisation as a whole are a shambles. For 3 months now we have had no aircon during the hottest summer on record. Equipment is often broken for long periods before anyone fixes it. I complai ed again with a long list demanding a fee refund because I was unblocked to go when the temperature in the room was 35 degrees. 4 weeks later I still have had no reply from Headoffice! Avoid if you can!
