This company is a SCAM. My father ordered a bottle of Gentleman Jack on December 7, 2024. He paid 43.00 for the bottle and 19.99 in shipping. The website says that his order is "confirmed" and gives an order number. His bank account has been charged for the full amount, but then NOTHING. He has not gotten the item he ordered or any communication from the company. I have called multiple times to try to cancel the item and emailed as well - but again NOTHING. There are a few (very few) positive reviews of this company that I suspect are fraudulent - as the overwhelming majority of reviews are VERY negative and have the same issue - payment received by the company, but no product ever delivered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered over three months ago and still have not received my product! Called for a refund and they say it supposedly shipped but ups has not received it yet. I will NEVER order from there again.

Do not order from this company. Ordered 3 bottles of Buffalo Trace in early September. They immediately charged my credit card. Have not received coming up on 4 months. Have asked for refund or equal value. No response as of 12/27.BUYER BEWARE😭

I ordered a $900 case of wine on December 13; as of December 26 it has not arrived. I called customer service and could only receive voicemail. Then I checked the reviews. I then contacted my credit card and canceled the order.

I wish I read their reviews. I ordered the 10 year bullet Bourban, received the 6 year bullet bourban. $13 and change difference. They don’t return calls or emails. Takes your money and does what they want. Please. Do yourself a favor. Do not order from them.

Ordered over 500.00 of Tequila for a Client Gift for Christmas. Delivery was scheduled For Friday December 6th 2024.... its now December 20 and I am still waiting on delivery OR a call back OR a response to my e-mail inquiries on status of the order.
