Horrible. No communication, no product, no responses to multiple inquiries, and finally had to cancel payment via my credit card. A complete waste of time and effort.

Ordered in August. After multiple emails and phone calls regarding order status asked to cancel my order in October. Never received a response to any communication other than a generic AI response. Finally had to dispute the credit card charge and guess what they didn’t respond to them either. I don’t know if they’re a scam but their customer response is nonexistent.

Finally received my order and it is absolutely worth the wait. I look forward to doing business with you in the future. Especially, pleased with the no hassle delivery. I’ve shared your link and they are understanding there maybe a delay but due to the quality for the value are willing to wait

Packaging and shipping was phenomenal! I ordered Gin Mare and several martini making accessories, everything was meticulously and carefully packaged. Will definitely be ordering again.

Horrible experience! Ordered a bottle in October 2024 and have not received it. They took my money quickly. Can never get anyone on the phone. They finally emailed me back that it would ship within 2 weeks and it's already been a month. Trying to get my money back. DON'T waste your money/time with them,

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! You will pay for something they claim to do, and get nothing. They do NOT issue refunds for orders they can not fill and you tell them to cancel. YOU WILL BE ROBBED !!!

Easy to order. Good pricing. Bottle packaging and safety was superb. First time purchaser. Great product selection and bundle pricing. Will use again and highly recommend.

This company is a total scam business. I ordered a bourbon from YouBooze on September 13, 2024. A day later I called their customer service number to change my order IF possible. No one answered. repeated attempts to reach someone in customer service were not successful as no one ever answered. I contacted my credit card company to stop payment. After months of the credit company trying to reach someone, CitiBank was finally able to reach someone at customer service. Citibank was told that my order was shipped. YouBooze own policies and procedures dictate clearly that only an adult can accept receipt and sign for the delivery of an order. I never received the item. My card card company re-established the payment to YouBooze because the merchant Never sent me an order cancellation receipt. If you look at their site "reviews" YouBooze claims to have over 500 satisfied customers with a rating of 5.0. I can't identify any other American corporation/company with such a stellar, customer rating. However, Turst Pilot shows a customer rating of 1.9. That is an interesting discrepancy. I would have left a zero rating if possible. Buyer Be Ware !!!
