Never received my order. Customer service never responds

Delivery time was unacceptable.

Wish I would have read the reviews.. December 2nd ordered a $410 order for wine and liquor for my annual Christmas party and for New Year’s . 3 days before Christmas I knew it wasn’t coming because it should have been to me by then ..especially when my emails went unanswered….so I ran out and spend an additional $500 at the liquor store to have for the party …It now Jan 2nd Christmas and New Year’s have come and gone…no order ..no response from company after 4 emails.. SCAM how are they even still operating! Called my bank dispute the charge ..money already back in my account.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY..

Left them multiple emails and called a bunch of times , horrible business DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Bunch of scammers i ordered back in November hoping to have it for the holidays and here we are 2 months later still nothing hopefully their company gets shut down for false advertisement and misleading their customers

Since placing the unfulfilled order in September I have registered a complaint with the BBB, the District Attorney's office in California and the FTC. You Booze has been contacted by these agencies but seems to be able to give them the same finger I got when I asked for my money back. As far as I can tell they are still in business and anyone who buys from them should know you would have a more enjoyable time throwing your money in the trash can.

Poor Customer Service, company never answered my email in 10 days after ordering my products. Wanted to find the status of my order, so cancelled. Company gives the impression of all products are in stock and that's not the case. The company is getting preorders together. Someone should contact the BBB about this company. They are not legit and it gives you the impression of a scam

Whoever is leaving a positive review on this company is clearly attempting to do some cleanup on the HORRIBLE experience everyone is having. YOU BOOZE IS A SCAM. Never shipped my item and completely ignored me every time I would reach out. I had to open a claim to get my money back.

This is a family owned company that cares about you as the consumer! We ordered Buffalo Trace which is currently very hard to get due to supply. Tania is the head of customer service and called me personally when I wanted to cancel the order. Due to her all and caring about us personally and letting us know that we will get our product, we didn’t cancel the order! I wouldn’t order from any other company because they truly care about you as a person! So we lift a toast to Tania and her brothers! Thank you for going beyond the extra mile!!
