Fraudulent company. Do not order from them. I ordered two bottles of wine and never received order. I’ve contacted company through email, calls and Facebook with no response. I wish I had read reviews before ordering…

I would give the 0 if I could I placed an order over 2 weeks ago took my money never shipped it or contacted me.the bs voice mail they send you to never responds either since the 18 this place is a scam and can't wait to talk to attorney general n FCC.

Absolute joke of a customer service department. I bought something off of the website September 12th, never received any updates, called them in Oct, November and December and left voicemails and emails asking for any kind of update. I never heard back from anyone or got my purchase after spending $450. I bought this for my wife for her birthday in October and didn't have anything even by Christmas. Steer clear of this company!

Never received

Placed order on 12/4. Order never shipped and I contacted company on 12/14 and was assured that I would receive an email when the refund process was started. Had to submit a complaint through PayPal and submitted one to the BBB. This is a joke company! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I would give zero stars if I could. Placed the order on 12/13/24. Today is 1/2/25. THE ORDER STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED!!!!!! They are TERRIBLE!

Never shipped anything and wouldn’t confirm when I asked to cancel. I reached out after the expected delivery date and was told they didn’t have any product. They hadn’t updated me and they didn’t have any ETA. I ended up going through my card to get refunded. Maybe it would work for you but seems like a scam company to me.

Do not order from this site. Scammers. Ordered in early December. Never got a confirmation email. Never got shipment info. Never recieved my product. Filed a complaint with my bank after I emailed the company 3 times and left multiple messages. Do not order you will not get your product.
