Whiskey well packaged . Will place another order soon. This is my second order from You Booze. I wish it didn't take so long to ship.

I would give it negative service if I could. I don’t know how you expect anyone to do a review when they’re still waiting for something they ordered five weeks ago. Horrible business I will never ever order from them again. And trying to get a hold of them is ridiculous.

Order never shipped order was supposed to get there before Christmas. I emailed several times with no response so I have disputed the charge on my card and hoping to get my money back because I was not provided with the item I was looking for.

We ordered tequila on 12/20/2024, to be delivered for a Christmas gift. It is now 1/11/2025, and the product still hasn’t shipped. We’ve asked for a refund with no response. Extremely poor customer service.

I have ordered from this company multiple times due to the fact that the items are not sold locally. My orders come in a timely manner and are packed perfectly. I’ve never had an issue.

I ordered a bundle on September 20th. I kept getting different excuse for why it hadn’t shipped. I got a shipping notice on December 24th but on tracking they cancelled it. None no one will answer emails or phone. Look at reviews this is how they operate.

This is a total scam. They make promises and never keep them. They are stealing money daily and there is nothing anyone can do.

Not a good experience. Ordered item, no further information received after initial order email. Calls and emails went unanswered. Ordered item elsewhere as I needed it for a gift. Disputed charge with bank and then, 40 days after the order was placed I receive an email that my order was going to ship. Tried to chat online, no response no call back, sent an email with no response again, I don’t need the item now and just want the refund.
